For quilting and sewing, these pins are nice and sharp. No damage can be done to the material when you get in and out. The fabric is flat enough to iron over if necessary. Because the heads are thin, it is a bit tricky to pick them up from a flat surface. Since the heads are not rolled, because of their shape and material, the pins do not move at all during play. So, when they are dropped on a flat surface, they WILL NOT fall to the floor. The feature is a good one.
There seems to be no point to pins that penetrate the fabric since their tips are blunt. Spend your money on Clover or other products that are well known and trusted.
These pins appeal to me very much. purchased them after being recommended them by a quilter I follow. These thin and flexible tapes hold fabric firmly in place, but are thin and flexible. Due to their flexibility, none have bent as a result of accidentally hitting them with my needle while sewing. Pins are easily stored inside the case and the case is easy to open and close.
I have purchased a few types of pins ranging from regular pins to wonder clips, and these pins by far are my favorite pins yet. I wish I'd bought them sooner! There are not enough words to describe how great these are!.
There are sufficient pins for going through several layers of fabric with the thin and long pins. A great feature of this is being able to iron over or next to them. I couldn't believe how helpful that was!.
I really like the grip on the pin's ends. It would be easier to move them around the head of the machine than with a fist. The quilting pins would have won the best quilting pin award if they were a bit finer. Since they are already available, they are better than flower head pins because they are easier to handle.
Those needles are great for pinning items that need to be ironed or pressed afterwards. Using these, the heads don't melt and I like that the tops of the pins have a good grip.
Great pins. I like them a lot. I liked how easy picking up those strips was, and how long they were. I am from the blue tribe (blue.
