Because they are magnetic, they are not made of stainless steel.

These aren't the pins to buy if you require sharpness

To secure my embroidery to my hoop, I required t pins. More than half of these would be unable to pass through the dense material. Those who did so found that they quickly became dull, making them unusable. After wasting time looking for pins in the box that would actually go through the thick and dense hoop material, I finally gave up and threw them out.

I was in desperate need of some T- pins, and I really wanted them right now. So I went to Mr Pen and purchased this little set. Pins are all there is to it. No, not at all. I got them the next day, in a nice pillow pack with cellophane wrapping and a small information packet. Not only is the packaging and care of the pin of excellent quality, but the pin itself is as well. A pin can range in size from a very fine or small pin to a larger, more durable, and thicker pin. And everything else in between. This is a fantastic addition to my RC toolbox! Mr. Pen, you've done a fantastic job and taken excellent care of me.
PS- The included "MUSTACHE" sticker is also a nice touch. 👌.

In the shape of a T

These pins have a flat bar on one end for pushing and a pointed end for pulling. The pointy end is sharp, as it should be, and the flat or "T" end is perpendicular to it. A word of caution: if you try to push the pointed end, your finger will be poked.

This product appeals to me because it is packaged in a box with various sizes for various applications. br>I use the large dot for my embroidery hoop to keep the stabilizer in place and to keep notes, reminders, and other items on my board.

I bought these to use to pin a piece of fabric to the seat of my office chair to protect it from the food and drink I consume at my desk. They are extremely effective. I do wish that some of them had a smaller T shape at the top. They'd be less visible as a result of this.
