Product arrived in a shrink-wrapped package

Did not extend or unfold. I had fold the bag and let it sit, but it wasn't expanding. It's supposed to be returned, but I will not be going into retail stores unless for groceries due to the pandemic. It will not be possible to return it to you. So I have to pay the cost.

I don't understand how this can be characterized as high density! However, I still tried to make it work and it ruined my project

It was necessary for me to unwind the product carefully before it expanded. I still have lumpy skin after 3 days. I'm sure it's not the same width the whole way through. The quality of the product could have been better had I spent a few more dollars.

Foam that has been damaged should be shrunk wrapped

It appears that the heat used to shrink wrap this product damaged it as it seemed to be nearly melted together. As I pulled it apart to unfold it I found it stretched out and became damaged.
