Yes. This needle is listed as THE needle to use for embroidery in the Brother SE600 manual.
They will, in fact. I ordered a variety of this brand when I bought my Brother 4750D, and I've had no problems with it. As much as I enjoy mine, I hope you enjoy yours as well.
They have a large, sharp eye.
It's not a very fine needle, in my opinion. I used it for embroidery in my dream creator and it worked fine. It might work if you're decorating with silk or satin thread. Brother machines are fantastic, and you should give them a try.

I use these in my PE800 embroidery machine, as well as a standard needle in my sewing machine, to sew weaves rather than knits. They're not easy to break, and I don't change them as often as the manufacturer recommends because they stay sharper for longer. I've quilted with cotton, denim, duck canvas, and even light leather with this needle. I haven't received any formal education - I've found that if I keep the speed appropriate for the material, I rarely have any breakages. These needles are fantastic, and I will only order them from now on.
Organ needles are one of my favorite things to work with. They were previously purchased from a now-defunct quilt shop. I had missed them and was delighted to discover them here at such a low price. I'm extremely pleased with myself.
" according to order tracking, which is unlikely because the resident would have known I was the one who received them. Thankfully, the people who sold these little gems treated them well, because when I finally found them sopping wet in my front yard, hidden among a pile of wet leaves (days after they were handed to me hehe), the package inside the soggy package was nicely sealed in a small ziploc type bag. If only I'd known about them before I needed them! Aside from the delivery issues, I really like these needles and have bought several sizes. Understandably, these are trying times, but a delivery person can leave a package on my property in a variety of locations, including a covered porch.
not a ten-pack envelope I only buy Organ sewing needles because they work in all of my machines (Brother Serger, two Viking machines, two Babylock machines, and a Singer Featherweight). Juki TL- 18QVP. My only disappointment is that these are sold in a 5-pack of non-reusable bags. Unlike the 10 pack paper envelopes I've been receiving, these are resealable. I prefer the resealable paper packages (individual 10 pack needles) because I can easily close and reseal them and I don't have to worry about needles falling out.
These are compatible with my Brother SE400. I was overjoyed to find 100 needles for such a low price; the only drawback is that they don't have a color code on the shank like my Singer needles (for the Singer machine) do. It's not a problem right now because I only bought one size, but when I buy more, it'd be nice to be able to tell which size is which at a glance. The number is engraved on the shank, but I need to use my magnifying glass to read it. br>br>Overall, I'm still happy with this purchase and plan to purchase more in different sizes.
It seemed like a good deal at the time. However, because they break, you'll need a lot of them. These needles may struggle if you attempt to over lap your embroidery. They are adequate for basic sewing. br>.
It's perfect for machines made by Brother.
I was having a lot of problems with schmetz needles breaking in my machine, as well as threading issues with the auto threader on my Singer patchwork machine. I will definitely buy again because the price is reasonable.
