Since I have not worked with Fleece yet, I cannot comment. It has also worked on many other types of materials and I have never had a problem with it.
Matte was the finish of the neon sampler I ordered.
No problems with it sticking have ever occurred to me. My overall impression is that it works great. I will definitely purchase it again in the future.

Despite ironing it on, it did not stick to the tee shirt. As soon as the carrier paper peeled, it fell off. It's a mistake that I will not make again to buy Cricut brand because I thought it would be the best. I've ordered from Amazon before and they have worked fine for me.
A HORRIBLE situation! The vinyl I used here is not iron on! I often use Cricut vinyl for car wraps, but this isn't. A melt is followed by smearing. The shirt I was ironing into was ruined by my errant motion.
Crookedness is not an option. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full sheet of white in my package, but it was a real disappointment to find that my brown sheets were not even a full sheet, and they were I was shocked at how crookedly they were cut! There was a lot of wasted time! That's for sure. I did not get my money's worth.
As far as I am concerned, this is what we thought would look best on a Gildan 5 shirt. I have had good luck with Cricut brand iron-on, so we chose these colors. My Easy Press was set to 300 degrees for 15 seconds and I did a warm removal with a 3oz shirt in sapphire. About 6" x 6" is the size of the image. of the paper continue to hold up and are not peeling. Moreover, it is a bright color.
Observe the "21 colors" label on the packaging. There should be a change in the labels on the order. As I read lower, the product I selected appears to have 21 colors, but it actually only has 6 sheets of each color.
I thought maybe I did something wrong the first time, but the problem persisted.
This worked perfectly! All I used was my Cricut machine along with an iron, and it worked perfectly!.
