Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how long the needles are? My goal is to find fine needles that are long and thin. ?

A straw needle of size 11, commonly known as a milliner's needle, was found among my items. There is a The length of this paragraph is 5 inches. This is the best I can do with what I have at this time. I'm not sure where my others are. The following may be of help.

Does a smaller needle have a longer needle? Do you prefer March 3 or March 8? Thanks a lot! ?

A size 9 needle is the smallest needle you can use. 3/9 indicates that it contains needles from sizes 3 to 9. 4/8 indicates it contains needles in sizes 4 to 8 or 3/8 indicates needles in sizes 3 to 8.

When the eye of the needle is small, how do you thread it? Almost any needle can be threaded by me, but not ?

Whenever I don't have a wire needle threader on hand, I have to use peepers. Whatever it takes, keep practicing! You can see that the hole in needles is larger from one side than the other due to the fact that the holes are stamped. From that side, thread these needles. These needles are unmatched for some tasks, and the discomfort caused by the holes is worth it.

Hand and bead work are great with it! There are many high quality needles in this package
5/5

This eye patch has plenty of room for the threads and the inside is smooth so as not to snag. Sharp tips are at the tips of the needles. There is no easy bending to the needle due to its strength. I've been using these for my hand sewing a lot lately. As a result of the package, I can use a variety of sizes for different hand and beadwork. There is no doubt these are good.

Needles with a longer length
5/5

Two and a half inches long is the longest. These are for occasional tears, and I find that the long needles and buttons are more comfortable *Your packaging may get lost in your closet or even in your hand. **Brief needles get lost in your closet or even in your hand. This guide has a cardboard backing and a plastic piece that holds all the needles, exposed on the front. They even included a few pieces of heavy metal in the box that bounced. There was a needle hiding in the bottom corner of the box and it arrived safely.

The blades are sharp and the sizes are great
5/5

My favorite part of Amazon is that it sells items that brick and mortar stores no longer carry. My hand sewing required fine needles, and these were the right ones for the job.

The needles must be of good quality Anything can be basted with this
5/5

In the past I spent a lot of time basting garments and making soft hats, so I bought the milliner size 3/9. A company based in John James, VA. The needles are consistently of good quality and the company has been around for a long time. The lengths of the cords in this pack are a nice mix. Their eyes are a bit narrower on the shorter ones. The needle threader I use is the same for both activities. With the old economical tin threaders with a wire, you can thread just fine.

Compare the dairy industry to the pharmaceutical industry
3/5

How do I know if a sewing needle is standard? It was nice to receive milinery needles for sewing bands on hats, but it was obvious after using them, that they were no different from standard sewing needles of the same It would have been easy for me to purchase them at my local fabric/sewing store & Shipping fees would not have been charged or an arrival date would not have been required. However, the quality of the needles is the same as any other needle. The "millinery" needles are not needed for hat sewing, as I did not know.

The perfect solution for my problem
5/5

My needles just could not handle the job when I was hand-binding quilts. I do a lot of quilting and like to bind my quilts by hand. Overhearing a woman discussing needles in a quilt shop, I wondered what she had been using. My girlfriend and I found these here, and we are in love. It's easy to thread and they're sharp enough for the tasks I need them for. Their service is excellent and I recommend them highly.

It's time for a new stitch! The French knot has been a problem for me for a long time
5/5

I had bullion stitches that were all messed up. I thought I was the only one experiencing this. After reading the article about milliners needles, I decided to try it out. I just can't believe what I'm seeing! It never occurred to me that the needle could influence the outcome of a stitch so greatly! They are the best needles I've ever used. Don't put off your decision.
