Take special care not to buy a hammer that has defects! This would have gotten 5 out of 5 stars if it were available My hand is gnawed by a metal burr from the hammer, but it would be great if it didn't cut me

The burr sparked a huge metal splinter in my hand I then sliced it open on the burr. This is a great product. The hole punch worked well and I was pleased with the price. It worked out well that the grommets set so well with the hammer as a As I wish I had taken a picture of it before grinding it down, it was at the point where the hammer heads screw into it. As I held it, I wondered What on earth was I doing? When I caught it by the head it just so happened to be when I grabbed it to move the hammer.

Suitable for the job

It is a good idea to use grommets. There is no need for a hammer, so there is no need to buy one. Even when working through three layers of fabric, the two installation tools work great, but the metal cutting tool doesn't work.

It is cheap and not sturdy

There are a lot of metal round pieces on this table, but they're pretty My hammer ends get crushed and ruined when I use a soft one. Sets I buy in the fabric store do not suffer from this issue. Corsets are thick, so I use them for them. Although it may not hold up well, it should still.

One piece of canvas that was fairly thin was not punched through with the included hole punch. The store had to sell me a separate one. Grommets have subsequently fallen off in many cases as well.
