Since I have been using them for several years on different items, I have never had any rust issues, and I wash them in the washing machine
You do not need to press the release only if you are able to They fit really well on the ties on the mask I make, so I use them for that purpose.
We are experiencing delays in the arrival of materials to the states and the mail is still slow in all states
It's hard for me to say for For my winter coats, I used mine as drawstrings, and they worked great for that. In any case, I would guess that it would work, if not you could double it up on the end and tie it off.

Strings and items of small size will easily hold on the spring toggles. Be sure to pay attention to the dimensions (especially the size of the hole). Because the holes were too small, I was unable to use them with Paracord 550. The shape is also smaller than what I expected and required. I think these would work fine in the right application with a small cord. And you get a lot of pieces in the package for the price. To be fair to the seller though, I believe the dimensions are accurate.
These cord locks are typical spring loaded plastic cord locks, just as I expected. There's not much to tell about these but they're sure better than trying to tie or tie a knot in your stuff sack cord in the dark, don't you think? I have some news to share. As I am building stuff sacks / ditty bags I need to store items that don't come with any sort of storage, such as my collection of heavy duty stakes, stake mallet, stake puller, etc. As a collection of totes does not work well for a small / midsize sedan, you want to keep the things from just being loose junk in the car on the way to the campground. My objective was to have drawstring cord locks attached to paracord closures to achieve the desired result. In addition to the standard 550 paracord ordered online here from paracord world or something like that, I'm also using the regular 550 paracord bought from Wally World's If you cut the paracord to the length you want, you'll want to smoke it in order to keep it from fraying and becoming a mess. This results in a slight mushroom effect at the ends, which is where the cordlocks The only way for me to use both ends of paracord to pass through the cordlock is to burn and taper out while the cord is still melty in order to avoid the mushroom effect. Had the opening been just a smidge larger, this whole matter could have been avoided, resulting in a much easier time installing and using these.
Upside down, they look decent enough.
They will work, and apart from one minor issue, they appear to be well built. However, considering that the last batch of cord locks I got from the sewing store didn't have any issues whatsoever, this was a very disappointing experience.
I have been wearing cloth masks for quite a while now The masks I made this last year were more closely tied than elastic hoops, due to COVID. They provide an easy way to keep a mask in place, keep the upper half of the mask tight so the glasses don't fog up, and are great for comfort Mask-wearing for a couple of months Seeing the cord locks on the glasses, I realized that they could be useful For example, the ones on stuff sacks and other things It would be easier to adjust mask fit if it were made easier. The black-and-white striped ones I found in packages of chocolate Only in packages with more than one color. As far as we have been able to test them, the masks have lasted through regular machine washing and drying. The cord lock needs to be slid onto a pair of ties. Then you need to tie knots at the ends of each tie. In case the cord lock falls off the ends of the ties when taking off the mask, it will be kept in place. Here are a few more tips In case of use on the face If you use mask ties, slide the locks close to the mask before throwing it in the washer and dryer. This will keep your masks from becoming tangled with each other and with your laundry as well!.
allows you to easily and securely snug up the mask when necessary, and it makes removal simple as well.
BRIEF AND TO THE POINT PROS I-n- d It came faster than expected*breathes a sigh of relief The fabric masks I made for my customers (they loved the toggle option)*- and those I made for my own company. Durable, but CONS I-n- d Several of the toggles had to be repaired, but the components were easy to reassemble.
AS A WHOLE I score 9/10- Although some toggles were out of alignment, I would definitely buy from this seller Toggles like these were purchased by me in two orders. These fit well with round elastic cords since I purchased the medium size.
I'd like some cord locks that will be effective with thin ribbon that are very small and lightweight. It is a great set of observations, not a complaint. When I pull the ribbon through I use tweezers because the ribbon ends can be floppy and hard to handle. Despite the fact that one cord lock broke when I hung it in my pocket for a few hours, I was able to reassemble it just fine. The spring had come loose. In addition to shoelaces, I tested these with them as well. I had a hard time fitting in.
It's great for the ones that work. But for half of them, it's not so great! It is difficult to put them back in. I will, however, point out that If you press really hard on the ones that are stuck open, you can reset This then leads to them working. I forgot to add As you can see in the picture, these do not look like what you see. A round ball is not what they are. To make the masks that I donate, I bought these with my own money Kind of annoying that they don't look like the picture and that they don't look great.
The 51 was received. Despite the fact that my husband was able to piece together 1 of them, the tension is bad. In the last two, no work was completed. We offer these items for our workers on the front lines! Only because it was delivered did I give it 1 star. My problem with this is that I am now finding nothing coming from anywhere. If the item is marked "MADE IN CHINA", then make sure you count each one and check it's working. Once again, I am disappointed!.
