Similar to you, I also encountered this This probably has to do with the fact that it's made very cheaply with a different kind of elastic than what's normally used That brand will never be purchased again by me.
It was originally used to make masks! This is the rope from the mask!
The United States has one of our warehouses. Deliveries from the United States are made. It typically takes 3 to 5 days for them to arrive. The situation is now complicated by the epidemic, which means it may take five to seven
When I used the sublimation mask which requires high heat and a longer press time I was able to get a nice result with the heat press at 305° for 15 seconds. But when I used white in order to sublimate it, it never worked.

Upon delivery, the product was in good condition. However, I have yet to experience it. From a first glance, it appears to be the same quality as a Joann's Fabric purchase and the stretch seems to be okay. The product is excellent and I would purchase it.
The elastic I purchased matches the darker colored mask I am making because it is black. The elastic is very sturdy and does not have much give. I received a few complaints from customers that the elastic was uncomfortable because I had been using a softer white encased elastic. Attempting to iron this elastic will cause it to melt. There is a little concern for how well it will hold up Besides the elastic on the pants, this would get five stars if used on any other garment. This product is only given 4 stars because of its lack of softness and as it burns when ironed.
As far as quality goes, this elastic is far better than what JoAnn's offers. The masks I sew with them are easy to cut and tie, and I tend to use them for sewing masks. Due to the lack of a plastic seal covering, I took off a star. Whether I received the whole spool of elastic is a question I haven't answered.
Over the past few years, my daughter and I have made almost 2000 masks for healthcare workers, friends, and family. As a contrast, we thought black would be good to use instead of white 1/4" elastic. Despite our best efforts, the elastics of our first mask could NOT be ironed, so we know it will not stand up to wear and tear. There was a strong smell of burnt plastic as well. It was one of those things I wanted to love.
It is not skimpy like the rest. You won't need the thin bands to repair other people's face masks when their thin banding breaks. I am using it to repair other people's face masks when the thin banding breaks. Masks that use this product will never break In addition, it has a great value!.
All my local stores were out of anything remotely like this, so I had to wait a few weeks for this to arrive, but the price was right and I needed to make masks (there was nothing locally available for those I enjoyed the product a lot and the price was reasonable, there was no price gouging. This is an excellent book.
A touch of iron will turn it into a smoldering mess!.
In place of the suspension chords that support the microphone on which I record my voice, I use this chord. It was imperative that I replaced the original chords since they were stretched out. A product like this was just what we needed.
