There is a Chinese component in it. To include misleading advertising for any product would be a bad idea. If the product is not sold, customers will stop buying it.
It is flat, yes. Although it is soft, it is also strong. As a result, it is much softer than other 1/4" elastic I purchased and is much more comfortable for masks, if that is what you want.

My use for this elastic is to make medical masks & gowns It doesn't make sense to me to dry them

I ordered an elastic that had good ratings from others, but what I received was very different from the one I received a small piece of white 3mm wide elastic that was very thin and soft. Only half of what was stated in the description was true. Since simply posting this review would be faster than returning it, I'll do that. Otherwise, I give it a 1 star. If seller residentD wants to fix this, I'm glad to amend my review.
My favorite part about this elastic is that it's soft but strong. Furthermore, it is a bit less wide, and that plus the softness make it so much easier to wear. I wholeheartedly recommend this book!.
According to the listing, the elastic sent is not the elastic in the listing. Since the elastic is too stiff to wear around the ears, I should have chosen a fabric better suited to sewing inside clothing. Additionally, it didn’t seem to be able to hold its shape and did not seem to have a firm stretch. Returning it to the manufacturer.
We use it on Covid face It has so far been an excellent experience. Even after a couple of weeks of regular use, the elastic remains as good as new. I appreciate you designing a product that achieves what it sets out to do.
It was nice to have so much on hand rather than trying to buy it at a fabric store. You must have this for any pandemic mask if you are making them!.
The spool in my order was broken, and the elastic was very tangled when it arrived. Even if I can't use it right now, I can probably use it later on. There seems to be no damage to the elastic, but it will be a bit of a pain to fix!.
As a result, my N95 masks are useless since the rubber straps break quickly. These 1/4 inch flat elastic cords replaced the old ones, and they are now.
In order to make masks for a non-profit organization I needed a lot of elastic Organisation that is not for profit. I find this material to be comfortable and holds it's shape while remaining value for the price.
