Having to yank up the facemask and/or pantyhose all day is a constant source of frustration. "Can't I just take the darned thing off?" you think to yourself all day. " But then you realize that the moment you take off the pantyhose that are threatening to puddle around your ankles or the mask that keeps sliding down your nose, someone with a monumentally judgmental attitude will walk through the door, ruining your already terrible day. " I'd like to offer you two pieces of advice. First and foremost, pantyhose should never be worn. Shave your squatches and apply self-tanning lotion. lotion to tan with Pantyhose can be used as plant stakes in the garden. Second, Hotyell cord adjusters are a great investment. You won't have to keep touching your face or mask to keep it in the bank robbery position any longer. Instead, you'll devote your time to honing your texting skills. words- per- For the price, you can fix all of your masks, as well as those of your family and coworkers. a coworker who always appears to go out of their way to help you. 8/16, third order, arrived the next day after being ordered the day before! br>Additional information: I ordered a second set in white because I liked them so much! They have a slightly smaller exit hole than others I've used, which I like because it keeps them in place better. br>br>I make and donate masks and find that this type of cord lock works best, and these are no exception. I needed some colors for kid's masks, so I went out and bought some. While function is paramount, it's nice to have a little something extra, such as a variety of colors, especially for children. You also get bobby pins, which is nice. I'd been using them, but this version is even easier to use and makes attaching them to the elastic a breeze. I'd like to see more rainbow-colored items as well.
These were required because of my small face. I wasn't sure these would work on my mask at first because the hold was so small. The toggle, on the other hand, had a larger hole when I turned it upside down. They give you two bobby pins to thread it with. They're fantastic! Would recommend because many people's noses are visible due to masks that aren't snug enough, and this would help. Buy them!.
" There is no requirement to include a photograph. The image you've provided says it all. It truly works, and one thing I will say is that I am not a liar. I've sewn a lot of masks, and the elastic has been either too tight or too loose on occasion. So I'm making them all extra long and putting my hotyell saver on the elastic now. As you can see, I'm being completely honest. I thread the elastic through the hole with the tiniest crochet hock and it works like a charm.
Because the bands are a little too big or the masks are too big, I put them in the reusable fabric masks (that we bought as well as the homemade ones) that I received today. They work perfectly, and we used masks to match the colors. It was a breeze to put them together. br>br>We put the locks at the bottom (rather than in the middle) so that 1) they won't get in the way of sunglasses or eyeglasses; and 2) they won't get in the way of the locks. 2) It fits better and feels more comfortable in this manner.
The hole is far too small, and the silicone isn't flexible enough to allow the cord to pass through. I included photos of the cord and the stringing tool (hairpin) that came with it, as well as the size of the hole. Even the stringing tool will need a lot of force to get through the hole.
These were extremely helpful in resolving that issue. They were simple to put on and adjust; I simply cut each piece of elastic longer when sewing the masks together so that there was extra elastic for adjusting. Everyone who wore one of my masks raved about the adjusters and how they finally got their masks to fit properly.
Note that they will only work on masks with a thin ear loop, such as surgical masks, and will not work on masks with a wider ear loop. It is, however, a three-dimensional object. to 4- layer surgical masks (next to KN95, which isn't always easy to come by, or to get with the assurance that it's the real deal, not a flimsy knock-off) that are being recommended offs).
