These bobbins are nice and sturdy. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because the slits into which you slide the ends are too wide; embroidery floss does not stay in them and can easily unravel. Apart from that, they were a good value for money.
I think these bobbins are good, but they aren't exceptional. 128 bobbins are included in the price, which is enough to fill a case with 36 compartments for embroidery floss. They aren't particularly sturdy, and some have a few extra pieces of plastic protruding from them, but they are serviceable. I'd suggest them because of the reasonable price.
I'll be ordering more in the near future!.
This item was extremely effective. We purchased two of them along with a package of cross-stitch floss in the quantity of 250 yards.
These made me extremely happy: Despite the fact that the slots at the bottom are slightly wider and narrower than the DMC holders (which I use as a standard), they hold the thread just fine, fit perfectly in my thread box, and are virtually indistinguishable. And at that price, I've got plenty to share with my x-stitching niece! I would definitely buy these again if I ever needed more.
It's very sturdy and can easily hold a skein of thread.
I appreciate the quality and quantity of these. Another review mentioned that the opening to catch your thread is too wide, and I thought to myself, "Oh, that won't be a big deal. " Yeah, it's starting to irritate me. I'm working on a project that has a lot of different colors and threads going on, and they're unraveling into a jumble.
These are sturdy and exactly what you'd expect, but they're filthy. Several of them are caked in black grease or dirt. It appears that the bag has been used previously. Before I can use them, I need to clean them first.
