I can honestly say that these are some of the best shuttles I have ever There were no flaws in any of the 16 shuttles I purchased! Their light weight and durability makes them perfect for travel. In my opinion, the pick is the best thing Sharp to the point of being amazing. There is no problem pulling threads through a very small joining picot for me. As I checked my shuttles, I noticed that the ends where the two sides meet are all nice and tight, so nothing will unwind when I drop it. Those familiar with the Clover brand will find this shuttle to be the same size as a larger shuttle. While these post shuttles do not have the gripper ridges in the middle that other shuttles do, I have had no difficulty using and holding I really like the colors on this one & A bright day As an admitted black and white aficionado, I also love I like the red ones best. It's nice to also be able to see how much thread is left in the shuttle when it's clear. A small Clover (pink) for size comparison is shown in picture 1 along with the blue shuttle from this seller. The pictures 2 & 3 are attached Three of the shuttles are black so you will be able to see what they look.
My Clover shuttles are quite a bit smaller but also work just as well with this one. The pick is nice and sharp without being in the way, and has been great for joinings and undoing mistakes. However, I have found that it has no grip, and so it is hard to hold if I am Having said that, I have applied a bit of masking tape to the area and that has helped. Despite being difficult to handle, these shuttles were good overall.
Titles of products tend to be more confusing. I received just what I Not in the title, but in the description. The needles in that picture are not tatted. I don't understand what is being implied in that title. I'll chalk it up to a I also have a beading needle that has already come in handy and a crochet hook that is so tiny that I cannot see it clearly enough. The description accurately describes both of these. When it comes to the shuttles, I wanted ones that are larger than the standard ones. These are the ones I wanted. There are no gaps at the ends, no snags, and it looks like all were made correctly. As soon as I took it for a test drive, it worked.
Geeze, I'm just learning to tattoo now, so why do I need TEN of these suckers at once? The answer is It is essential that you have There is a lot of utility in this The pointed ends are just sharp enough and bent enough to serve as a crochet hook when joining picots, and sharp enough to help me remove mistakes without stabbing myself in the hand. A very good,.
The translucent colors are very cute, and all of them are in excellent condition. I think they ought to update the listing for the tatting needles, though They come with just a little 0. 1 watt bulb. In its place, you should use a crochet hook no. 5 and a beading needle. I also like the fact that the pick is sharp. I have included some pictures of shuttles from Handy Hands for comparison. On top there are three Shuttles the Starlit Shuttle at the top, this shuttle at the bottom, and a smaller Dreamlit shuttle at The thread capacity of this stitchery is a bit greater than that of.
As a result, they are very light and easy to handle when tatting for long periods of time. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was that both white shuttles in this kit had sprung tips As a result, they made dropping your shuttles impractical, as the thread would unwind as soon as it hit the ground. In order to create a galaxy shuttle, I decorated black shuttles.
While they worked ok for it, one of the handles wasn't made quite right and didn't hold the floss tight, the rest held it well.
They are exactly what I was looking for when I sought out to learn to tat.
