It is possible to improve anything with practice. Kit is of fairly high quality, the yarn is thick and soft, and everything that it includes is of good quality. You shouldn't just use this as a quick craft project to kill time during COVID if you are in search of something to kill time. This is a far cry from the picture at the top of the page, as you can see from my masterpiece. Accordingly, it looks like the punch needle has to be inserted evenly and in a consistent distance with each punch in order to achieve this level of perfection. To accomplish that would require much more practice, which means much more time and effort on my part than I am willing to devote. Then this kit might be right for you if you're interested in becoming a master of one craft. Nevertheless, if you're looking for something that is quick and doesn't require a high level of concentration and physical exertion (punching yarn into a fabric over and over again can get tiresome after a while), then I suggest you.
This was my first needle punch project. I ordered it so that I could see how I would like doing it, and I actually My time to do this work was only one hour. The starter kit was great, and I will order more supplies in the future. It was fun for my daughter too, who is 7 years old.
It is easy to use, but it took me a bit of trial and error since the directions were a bit vague and it was my first experience with one. As much as I like crafts, I would have liked more instructions on how to secure the yarn once it is pushed through. It's a cute idea and I love crafts so I am glad I got It is my own way that I did something, but I am not sure whether it is the right way.

The yarn I found was not whole and I was shocked by this. It appeared that 3 of the 4 colors were one long thread that was actually made up of shorter lengths of yarn knotted together. You end up pulling on your stitches due to the knots that get stuck in the needle punch tool. There is nothing good about this. Money is not a good investment!.
