The package is missing a pen

In this package, the pen was missing. There were also instructions for a lighting product. Not to be recommended. It was packaged as if it had been thrown together with the customer's needs in mind.

The needles are fantastic, but the threader isn't so much

The needles are excellent and of reasonable quality, and they feel good in my hands; however, the threader is extremely inexpensive and consists of nothing more than a very thin wire held together with tape. It broke almost right away, and I have to fix it every time I need to change yarn. It's also too short to thread the blue, adjustable needle with.
