Is it possible to poke through felt with these?

The only time I've used them was There is no sharp point on them, rather they are blunt. I tried using one felt and it did not go through, I also found that if you used a lot of pressure, one could leave quite a large hole behind. It wouldn't make sense for me to use myself unless it was Just a quick thought a sharp, pointed needle would be best. Good luck!

Is it possible to poke through felt with these?

The point ends of these are quite pointy, but in an a blunt way rather than like sharp sewing needles. I imagine they will easily poke through felt. You might be able to touch the tips and some of the sides The needles are not sharp enough to draw blood. However, depending on the thickness, they can go through most felts. My felts for crafts and sewing are thin and flimsy, so those would be fine with them. The sheets of felt will probably be perforated by them. Are beginners able to learn this?

You can definitely use them as a beginner. There are large eyes on them and a blunt tip at the tip. If I had known about these when I started crocheting and needleworking, I would have liked them.

Plastics are unfortunately prone to wearing out very This bent tip of the needle made me skeptic when I first bought them. However, it is actually easier to use the needle with the bent tip. The aluminum needles are so much better than cheap plastic ones that I will never use them again. I found these needles at a great price and quite a few needles in the package. My expectation is that these will last a long time. However, if I need to replace them, I will definitely purchase the same item.

A needle used for weaving tapestries

The purpose of this purchase was to throw them into my WIP travel bag. My ends are woven in well with this tool. The yarn can be threaded through easily. This is a light weight bag that appears to be quite sturdy. It was a little tough for me to discern whether they were going to be a good match for my other needles (they are all some heavier metal type), but I am happy with.

A yarn needle that had a slimmer profile was needed for a project. I bought plastic ones, but they didn't glide through as easily as I had hoped. There are two "vials" which come with stoppers in order to keep them together. I found it to be exactly It will not be long before I buy more.
