My needle got stuck in one of the holes for needles and I had to use a sharp knife to pull it The needles broke the interior of the wool dryer ball that I purchased this for, as one of the rods was drastically bent and ended up breaking. The packaging is punctured and needles are bent

After being really excited for this to arrive, I got stuck in the finger by one of the needles when I opened it. Packaging was somewhat crumbling, and one needle was bent and sticking out of the packaging, and another needle was completely ripped off the packaging.
