In the beginning of June, we will have these frame sizes in stock. There is no separate scroll rod available at our store
These stretcher bars have several holes in them. A maximum distance between the holes that are farthest from each other is given by the first number. In the second number is the length of the scroll rods measured from inside the stretcher bar to the outside of the bar. The 15th is the one I bought. A 7" x 22" piece of art.
There is not enough space for me to finish the piece after I tape the edges of the fabric. I believe the frame is too short. Taping the edges of the fabric is necessary, and by the time you clip it to the frame, you will not have enough room to complete the piece. While I have no experience with needlepoint, cross stitch, etc., I can only make my best guess.
My canvas scrolls nicely when I use it for a large needlepoint canvas. This is so great! I adore

The items were purchased to replace an old piece I had purchased in the 1980s. It has taken technology a long time to reach where it is now. Rather than have to tape the fabric to the bars like in the old days, this item holds the fabric very tightly and I don't have to tape where the fabric meets the clamp. Also, I appreciate how easy it is to tighten the knobs. It's been a long time since my old wing nuts were that hard to tighten and would catch Since I really enjoyed it, I ordered one of the other three sizes as well, so now I have the perfect frame to use for various purposes.
The mother of my children - As my law is border stitching a picture on a frame like this that she's had since the 80's, I searched for a frame like it right away. If you're working with a larger Aida fabric size, this frame is great because it keeps the entire piece attached to the frame and you just need to loosen the knobs to adjust it to the current position (perfect for Christmas stockings. I found out that the round embroidery hoops cause the Aida to deform (as you can see in the picture before I discovered this frame), but because the Aida gets snapped into the frame at the top & bottom, the problem is resolved. Stitching it at the bottom is much easier since the bottom stays taut. The frame itself is very sturdy, and although I found it to be easy and intuitive to put Because you can stitch with this one, it is much more stable and easier to use than the flimsy round embroidery hoops! I will definitely order one for small projects as well.
Basically, a scrollframe is a frame where you can wrap your work around the rods on the end, with the exception that you need to loosen all the knobs to adjust the scroll. Fabric cannot be moved with a simple twist of a knob as with other frames. As described, it does not hold the photo securely, but once it has been mounted on a frame, it does. I have given it two stars.
Nice, solid wood that matches the interior, and they come with a Velcro cap to eliminate the need for This needlepoint canvas is a must have for needlepointers!.
It had a very sturdy frame and looked like it was made of good quality I really like the plastic clips because they made my project feel like it wasn't moving anytime soon. After you tighten the screws on the side, roll your work taught. It is obvious that when I ordered I didn't realize it was the correct size for my project (but you can see that I made it work). This is amazing! I'm so happy to have found this on Amazon! It was a pleasure talking to you!.
While this frame is great for stitching, it is larger than I need or want, while the next size down is too small for me. It would be nice if they sold the bars in pairs so that I could pick the size frame that suited my needs.
There are a lot of things I like about I find it much easier to work on my needlework since I have this This size is going to work perfectly for this piece or alternatively you can limit it to smaller sections if that works better for you than tackling the entire thing at once.
As I read other reviews of similar products before I selected it, I was able to make an informed decision. In general, I am happy with the result. The stretcher bars I bought were of different sizes to fit different One of the screws in the wood arrived slightly bent, since it is embedded in wood. In the end, my husband and I managed to straighten the bent screw without damaging the wood it had been embedded in. Since then, it is working perfectly fine. We feared that the wood would crack (which it may have done), I would have been required to return the entire piece. Assembling the tapestry is a breeze, but I only have one complaint the 'caps,' the pieces of plastic used to hold your material to the bars and keep it tight are a little difficult to apply when the tapestry material is As part of a piece I am working on, I am incorporating a thicker crosshatch Because it is a slightly thicker material, the caps can be hard to get on the round bars due to the stitch-like texture. Furthermore, the tautness of my material does not appear to be consistent across these bars. A more easily-designed stretcher bar set up would make it much easier for material to be held uniformly and securely by the stretcher bars. The sewing machine can be held easily, so no complaints about that. Furthermore, this item would be recommended as there isn't any other product on the market (at this time) that does the job better. As well as having to use circular hoops to hold my materials, I also ran into the problem of my material not being held high enough within the hoops.
