The metal on all of these is rusted and the screws are difficult to lose / loosen. Despite this, I will still use them, however, I wish I had chosen different hoops, I have bought a lot of hoops on this site and never had any problems.

It was a good decision to order even though there were a couple reviews mentioning quality problems, such as splintered wood and rusty screws. There was a very good price and I received the exact quantity and size that I wanted. I am and will continue to be very satisfied So far, I've only used one out of the five and did not want to unpack all the rest to mess with them individually, but the one I'm using works just fine. * The screw is a bit stiff, but can still be screwed in. My first project in this hoop is about a quarter finished, and I've had no issues with fabric slipping or rings rolling when I use it on the ceiling. It is a wonderfully purchased item and I'm happy I made a decision to buy.

My local craft store hadn't got 8 inch bamboo hoops, so I ended up ordering these online, which I believe do not have the same quality as the local craft store. Since the pin used to tighten them feel so overtorqued, it is difficult for them to be separated. And once the outer hoop is separated, the outer hole is distorted so badly, it is hard for them to be rejoined. Having used two hoops from this order so far, both of them failed to tighten, and I actually had to use needle nose pliers to get them to tighten again once they were This can get the job done, but I'm not overly impressed.

For the price and quantity, they are not absolutely excellent, but for what they are they do their job. Previously, I was a hoarder with my children's personalized items, but now it's taking over, so I have used these hoops to store the embroidered parts and will hang them in The only negatives - We found some of the hoops to have splinters on the edges, and the closure was a little difficult to open and close.

The screws are extremely difficult to remove. One by one, each of the 12 I got were rusted and had to be opened with pliers. It is not flush with the inner hoop when the outer hoop is in place. At the moment, it will do, however, I am not thrilled about it. I recommend it for those looking for general crafting supplies. It's not bad at all for the price.

The pros are This fabric won't snag when it has a smooth finish Fit is snug, holding fabric firmly in place Size is 8. 25 inches, which is comfortable to hold and work with. The screw adjustment on the inner hoop is very tight and difficult to loosen in order to take it off.

I don't like them because you may prefer them, but I find it difficult to adjust them and I think they make the hoop's appearance less appealing for hanging.

My purpose was served by these sets, so I ordered two - However, every hoop has to be filled A rusted screw held the lid in place.
