This is a stunning kit for advanced players. br>br>For the past five years, I've made one stocking per year, starting in January so they'll be ready for Christmas. I've tried other brands before, but I'll only use Dimensions from now on. They provide the most detailed instructions as well as the highest-quality floss. br>br>The amount of shading in this kit adds to its complexity, as you change thread frequently when there are only a few Xs in one shade, as in the scarf. br>br>This kit comes with an 18-inch x 18-inch x 18-inch x 18-inch x 18-inch x Aida with a count of 18 squares per inch has more Xs per inch than aida with a count of 16 or 14. Cross- Stitching stockings takes hundreds of hours to complete, but it is a relaxing hobby with beautiful results if you enjoy it. If you're a beginner, a Dimensions kit with 14 count aida is a good choice. If you're not sure if counted cross stitch is right for you, start with a small project to see if you enjoy it as a hobby and find it relaxing.

This, like others, was found damaged in shipping, and several times I discovered rips in the package after the seller shipped it, plus it was new when it was shipped but damaged in transit, carriers, and much more, so I was not happy, and I wanted to return to replace it, but I never did because someone else grabbed it, and it was like garbage to their eyes, taking away my freedom and therapy, and this and others I want to do a review on.

I haven't done a cross-country run in years. I have a new grandson and have started a cross-stitch project for him. Stitch a pair of stockings for each family member. I had a lot of fun with this kit. I had forgotten how relaxing this wonderful hobby is, and the stocking was a big hit. There was plenty of floss to go around for the entire project.

This was my first attempt at cross stitching. I knew how to read patterns and stitch when I started this project. However, if you are new to cross stitching, this is not the pattern for you. br>br>With enough threads, I was able to finish this, but I had to rip out a lot. Half stitches, french knots, and blends are some of the stitches available. br>br>The FFO is stunning, and I adore it.

The floss comes in a variety of colors and thicknesses. This is fantastic. The various shades and thicknesses of floss produce a three-dimensional effect, i. e. , tucks the scarf in. I've previously worked with Dimensions Needlecraft and prefer their designs. Their products are fantastic, and I strongly recommend them.

I usually wear delicate stockings, but my daughter requested this one, so I decided to give it a shot. It was extremely difficult for me because my eyesight is poor, and it was difficult to tell which small symbol in the diagram was which when they were all the same color. In addition, the chart's color scheme was unusual. A blue line, for example, was backstitched in green, while a green line was backstitched in blue. As I previously stated, this was my first cross stitched stocking, so someone with more cross stitching experience might not find this diagram as challenging as I did. The stocking is attractive, and the materials provided were satisfactory. I'm relieved to have completed the project, and I believe my daughter will be pleased with the final product.
