Questions & Answers
The cross stitch needles that I use are not sharp, so I use them only for cross stitching. believe that a sharper needle will be necessary to thread the needle through fabric for embroidery.
It is not uncommon for needles to snap for me as well. When I snap a needle it is usually because I am working it too hard - not sure whether these have had this problem. Neither the material nor the thread are suitable for the application. These have never snapped, as far as I know
The length of this story is a bit fuzzy in my memory. It was not difficult to complete a crossword puzzle But the needles need to be used on a stitching project.
The answer to this is not clear to me. These needles do not state if they are nickelplated on the package.

It is great to use these needles for cross stitching. Unlike regular needles, the point of this needle isn't sharp so it does not split aida cloth. The eye is big enough to let three pieces of floss pass through it.
The embroidery floss cannot fit through the hole very well. Threading through the holes in Aida fabric can be done with these needles. They feel like sewing needles in a way. There is a danger of bleeding from them because they are really sharp. Whenever you use them, be careful. You have to work hard to get the embroidery floss inside Two of them are the ones I used. My skills at cross stitch aren't great so I don't know if I will continue to do it. Due to the nature of the work, I say this.
Cross stitching is not a comfortable activity when using a needle of this length. There is a tendency for it to fall There is still a lack of comfort in the needle eye since it is just big enough to thread the thread through but small enough to not mark I would like a needle that is longer so I can grasp it firmly but then I will have a hard time threading it.
The cross stitching pieces were too small for me, according to my estimation. An eye unlike any other is very difficult to get even a single thread of embroidery into. I found it too difficult for my daughter to complete her project. Her X's were very small as she had to reduce her hair to a single strand. While she was able to practice and learn with these needles, the end result wasn't as good as she had hoped. Nonetheless, I am giving all of them 5 stars because it could be my fault for not doing enough research. However, I figured you'd be able to get the floss through them if they were called cross stitch needles.
I bought these needles to use on my 14 count Aida. I would not recommend it for any other size Aida fabric since it is a little broad and meant for wider fabric. I also like the bluntness so as not to poke your fabric.
In counted cross stitch, the eye of the needle is rather large.
It had been opened when I received the needle package. The bag was taped Adding a standard sewing needle to one of the four needles replaced the broken one. The cheap price of the item makes it unlikely that I will return My disappointment, however, is quite apparent.
It wasn't until the kits came with good ones that I could find good ones. As for the other ones, they are way too sharp, so they not only poke you but catch on the aida fabric, which requires a dull needle as well. I was so happy to find them since they were exactly what I was looking for! I absolutely love these needles they're big and have not too sharp needles, which is perfect for cross-stitch Thank you so much for finding them, stitch!.
