Questions & Answers
The crushed velvet, from what I can tell, has many shades of the color (like many shades of purple for example), while we see only one color in normal velvet. The only color I've ever used of each was purple (for crushed velvet) and blue for normal velvet, so I can't guarantee the results will be the same for everyone.
There's something about crushed velvet that's so much softer than just ordinary A solid color is not really what it is it is more like shades of one color. It is still beautiful, though.
A lot of things happen at different times.
My first attempt at knitting this hat in this silky yarn was awesome, but I've never knitted before. Soft and easy to work with, this material is one of my favorites. The stitches also seem to go fast as you make them. My order for more is about to be placed. Using it for warm blankets is one of my favorite things to do.

The process of getting my hands on this gorgeous skein of crushed velvet yarn has been quite a pain! A big ole liar is the Amazon driver who wrote in his report that the package was delivered directly to the resident. After it didn't arrive on the scheduled day, my husband searched for it all day and then he found it thrown into a snowbank a short distance from the house this afternoon. There is no way for me to post a picture of it before he picked it up, so I took a picture of it before he picked it up. Due to the yarn being sealed in its own clear bag, all the moisture wasn't harmful to it. When I get a hold of the end, I'll work up this yarn into a tea cozy, as it's really beautiful and would look great as a tea cozy! The center of the skein has been pulled nearly entirely out of the skein and I haven't think I'm going to get a glass of wine instead since I feel a snap coming on! The experience was very frustrating. I am not sure if I would recommend this yarn to anyone, in spite of the fact that it's I will try to edit this review once my project is finished, so it will depend on how my project goes.
It's a real pleasure to work with this velvet yarn. The fabric is super soft, and the deep gray color is gorgeous. No loose stitches appeared when I worked with this yarn, and most importantly it does not shed, which is a problem with the velvet yarn from Hobby Lobby. The knitting needles I have on hand have helped me make a few scrunchies, and I truly believe that any other item I make with them will turn out perfectly.
blew into my mind when I bought it. It is amazingly soft, perhaps a little evil, but absolutely perfect. I was unaware yarn could exist this soft before I bought it. My boyfriend asked me to make a scarf for him out of it but I fell headlong into a puddle (The scarf will be returned to me as soon as possible.
My goal was to make a blanket that would be incredibly This worked like a charm! It's a bit tricky to use, but it's well worth its efforts. I'll defiantly continue to use it.
I was impressed with the speed of the shipping and the quality of the yarn. It has a vibrant color and is incredibly soft and beautiful. These are great, and I'm not sure why I hadn't found them earlier!.
When I read the reviews, I was concerned that it seemed to be difficult to work with or that it never wanted to connect. The skeins came off the skein without knotting and I did not have to use a needle cutter during this process The process did not even need to be repeated Make it into a roll. Considering how soft and fine it is, it's a bit more challenging to work with However, I'm just doing triple chains in long rows for a throw blanket, so it's coming together very well. Only one thing I was a little disappointed with was The white strands of the hair are not white alone. They contain gray at various points. The white I wanted was solid, but this is going to be so soft to cuddle under that it doesn't matter!.
The softness is perfect for scarves, throws, whatever you want to use them for.
Those familiar with knit and crochet projects say this fabric gets loopy and stretched when used on bigger projects, such as sweaters The result is disappointing. However, I use it for scrunchies, and I like this velvet because it has a luxurious result, and it is so light that I can carry it with me everywhere. Taking a catch. I sold these at the Valentine craft bazaar, and they were very popular.
