There is no longer a size 30 in antique white made by Coats. In addition to the sources and manufacturers listed above, I also visited Antique white is also not available on any of them. I only have Aunt Lydia's Classic Crochet Thread size 10 in antique white.
In short, yes. There is a crochet thread in size 30 and a crochet thread in size 20 at Mary Maxim. It is more common to find them in size 20 than in 30 at craft stores like Joann's.

It was extremely difficult for me to locate size 30 white crochet thread to use for a major lace project. This is what I was looking for. It was easy to order enough thread to make the entire project (7 balls in all), and the white color is excellent. The thread itself is of excellent quality, with a lovely, clear white hue. This worked fine and my project, a pelerine collar from the 1830s, turned out great!.
There is no difference between one purchase and the next regarding quality. The same thing every time.
