I like it, but it has no use
3/5

There is always a chance of stitches slipping off the needle no matter how many are on it. A specialist in knitting and a frequent user of DPNs, I knit with my hands. The size 8 needles will come in handy a lot when I have several hats in the works at the same time. I got these as a treat for myself because they are incredibly beautiful and feel great in the hand. There are some nice points about them, plus they are slick. You could have a lot of fun with them. However, in practice, I had to spend almost twice as much time knitting a hat as everyone else. I tried everything to hold the stitches in place, but they just Apparently, there is an issue with slickness and the tapered ends have an angle which isn't pleasing. I can work with 25 or 30 stitches of worsted yarn on each double pointed needle when using steel or wooden needles. I found that these Zing needles kept slipping off when I only had 10 or 15 stitches on them. Even using rubber bands on the ends didn't work. The frustration of using these is insane. I was determined that they would work, but the frustration of using them is unbearable. The needles are not designed well, so I wouldn't recommend these for beginners since it's going to seem like knitting in the round is too hard, when it is the needles that are inadequate. It is also not recommended for experienced knitters, because the slickness of these fabrics doesn't allow for busy The only thing it does is make one want to give up on their project. In fact, I did go out and get some Chia Goo dpns and, using the same yarn as before, zipped through the project without incident. It's now Chia Goo I am obsessed with (sorry Knitter's Pride). There is a difference between day and night. Do you know what to do with this pretty little stick? I wonder if they will make cute little stakes for plants. A skewer is an alternative. You'd have to be surprised how good they are!.

The tips are slick, and the middle is velvety
5/5

It is best to stick with DPNs. Then and now. Some time ago, I picked up a pair of vintage Marcia Lynn needles which have been my favorite DPNs for years. Velvety in texture, but slick enough to pick up stitches easily, they have a tapered bottom that makes them taper just right. There are only two sizes available, though, and I have been looking for some similar ones for a while There have been times when I've tried metal DPNs which have the nice taper and smooth metal tips I love, yet the stitches slipped off so easily, which is very It is true that bamboo DPNs hold stitches on better, but they just don't have the smooth tapered tips that make knitting with them so easy.

Xing comes to life! I like the fact that the slick metal tips are nicely tapered, and the colored section has a velvety coating, which is the same as my vintage Marcia Lynn's! To make sure I have a comprehensive set, I have ordered all sizes. The new DPNs on my list are definitely my favorites right now.

As soon as possible, have them start working
5/5

It's sock knitting binge time for me. Two days ago, I noticed that the bamboo needles were splintering in various places. I had been using bamboo needles for almost two years, but they are beginning to bend more and more over time. In order to do this, I googled metal needles to see what I could find. I am already pleased with what I see. As I knitted on the new needles, I discovered that my work had improved. There are no bumps in them While the points are a little sharper than the wooden ones, they still work well for my tension in knitting Moving from one needle to another is smooth and the work holds up well. In addition to the stamps' color and size, they are of good quality. Anyone who enjoys good tools at a low price should be able to benefit from these.

Oh man, I'm in a bind
4/5

This is a heavy and long piece. My favorite thing about them is how they glide. However, this could also be an issue if Those cons are A heavy load. If you want to make fingleress gloves, it can be cumbersome. The weight of these two was shocking to me. Socks or gloves would be a good use for them. With a 4 I got a good grade. As you can imagine socks would require needles of about 5mm, but to make gloves in the round you'd need 3 needles since the gloves are a bit long at about 7 inches. It's not a good idea. My heart sinks. Rather than buying the plastic versions, I plan to try the wooden needles by Knitters Pride. I have all their interchangable needles and love them.

It is very smooth with no excessive slickness
5/5

It is extremely difficult for me to use wood or bamboo DPNs below about 4 mm in diameter, and some of the metal DPNs are very slippery. Zings are very comfortable. They have a smooth feel when they are worn but not slippery. My decision between these and Karbonz needles for socks is still up in the air. With the Zings, I find the shaft and tip to be joined more smoothly, and I like the colors that are available At present, I only have 4 of them. I will try the second set of 2 mm as well as the 5 mm one. Socks should have a thickness of 5 mm. This is the first time a company has announced a non-core business Natural wood/non-natural wood In addition to Karbonz, I haven't found any other bamboo DPN that I have been able to manage comfortably.

The first Zing DPN needles I have used

They really appealed to me, so I decided to try them out. It glides over them without snagging thanks to its light weight and smooth texture. If I had to choose another size, I would buy them again.

DPNs of the highest quality
5/5

However, loose knitters may not like it. Regardless of how you look at it, these are great. Despite being as lightweight as bamboo, they are considerably less grabby than the size 11s/8mm. My favorite needles in general are metal, but these are really nice. I do not knit densely, so I have never had stitches fall off, and using a full set of 8mm needles is just as effortless as working with a non-metal needle. The materials used to make metal are metals. DPNs like these enable me to move much faster than others. There is a nice sharpness between these points sharp enough that they can be used to work lace but not sharp enough that they are appreciate the color of the taper and find it very pleasing to the eye- They come in sizes 7MM and up. Finally, as a more general note, they have There are never any of those around- Regardless of what is happening here - For chunky 5 yarn, this is a really good size. It is noted in some reviews that the sweater is prone to losing stitches, which I could see happening if you are You can't get any SLICKer than these. It's very interesting, though, and so far I haven't lost a stitch. I would definitely recommend this book.

It is love at first sight
5/5

The needles I received today were just what I needed. In a matter of minutes, I transferred the neckband I was working on. It must have been an amazing There is a lovely weight to them and they slide smoothly. To get the best results, needles with the correct length and slide must be selected for each project. A bamboo stick, plastic cap, or piece of wood may be necessary The length of this sentence varies from time to time. An embroidery needle and stitching thread work perfectly for the neckband of a worsted wool They also look lovely and are pleasing to the eye thanks to their bright color and warm material. I wish you all a happy holiday knitting season.
