Each needle has a length of 5 1/2"
The bamboo needle is very smooth and doesn't snag at all. I compared it to an aluminum straight needle of the same size 9 and could not detect any difference in size. The takumi bamboo needles are strong, lightweight, and durable. It is my hope that this is of help.

Some of the best needles I have ever worked with have been Takumi Clover needles. These are excellent. There may be better ones out there if I wanted to spend quite a bit on a pair, but these are quite nice. As I had a pair with a shorter solid needle portion, I have a lot of hand ache in my ring and pinky fingers with the pair I had with this length. Furthermore, I have also found that using straight bamboo needles decreases hand strain a bit just by the texture of the material. The texture of bamboo needles makes them feel significantly more comfortable to work with than plastic needles, I don't know if it's the finish or what. They are quite sturdy and did not have any nicks or other blemishes that could catch the yarn. Lightweight is a strong word to describe them. It will turn around for a moment, but then you can just twist one or the other needle without twisting your work and it will straighten out. If you don't have something to spin the connector, you may have a problem with any set of circulars, but you will have to pay far more with those.
I generally try to use double points when I can instead of single points. As I am knitting my first adult size sweater, I have to use a circular needle because of the size. I have a set of interchangeable circular needles, but they do not appeal to me. You're in for a completely different experience with these. This is *br1. There are no catches on the stitches as the cables are smooth and the stitches slide past easily. Observation 2. Working with bamboo is nice because it is not so slippery that stitches get dropped on the floor, but it is not so slippery that the yarn does not glide across the needles effortlessly. 1. 2. 3. I used a fixed cable so that it wouldn't spin around, tangle, and get tangled while I was 3. **** 4. Needles that are shorter than long will be able to work a decent number of stitches and are long enough to manipulate them This is *br5. It doesn't hurt my hands if I hold them too tightly, and they don't weigh me down. This is a product I would recommend and I like it a lot.
The first time I knit, I must admit that I'm not very good at it My friend gave me a pair of nickel-plated needles to use. Since the yarn kept going off the needles, it was obvious that it was a disaster. The "circle" part of her needles was beautiful, but the slip was too much for me. This was my first time ordering them and I loved the size and quality They would arrive on the Additionally, I am really, really fond of I like the way they do not "shred" my threads even if I make a mistake. They are easy to grip, hold the yarn and do not seem to puncture the threads. Fortunately, the plastic circle isn't easily bent. This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. As long as the coil is coiled, it stays that way. Maybe I'll update if it starts to calm down a bit. It is something that I do have to battle at times, because I am a novice.
During the knitting of a baby blanket I needed circular needles since the blanket was too wide to knit with I have found them to be very comfortable to work with, and I was also pleased with the fact that the cable bent when it was packaged straightened out without a problem. I ran my yarn over the bamboo and did not face any snags on the bamboo points.
I have easily been able to slide my stitches over the bamboo and plastic tubing, yet they did not fall off as they did As a result of using circular needles, I am able to flatten my work and examine stitching for flaws and size issues. Additionally, I find the bamboo to be warm to the touch.
I bought these today to transfer a speedy shawl from straight to lace. The only row I have knit on these is to transfer them, but so far it seems like a 5-row project 1. One of the best products on the market. Here is what needles look like A very nice wooden point, very lightweight, and very good quality. There are markings on them that indicate their US size and diameter in mm. 2* B* B++ Here's what's on the Amazingly, relievingly flexible, not stiff and always wanting to go back into "package mode" or corkscrew like some other brands I've had - something I noticed just taking them out of the package, before even using 1. 2. 3. A needle-shaped object There are two ways to connect cables My hands feel smooth and the stitch will not catch on things - and I have many good and bad experiences with different needles in this process - so it seems like stitches will glide easily and not catch on things. An enjoyable knit is the result of the problem. do not anticipate updating it, but I will if it is needed. *) Basically Hence far, I have been buying Circulars exclusively from this brand from the moment I opened the package, and so far I am happy with what I've received.
I consider these circular needles to be my favorite up to this point. It was recommended to me that I use circular needles since I'm just learning how to knit. This is the first time I have used bamboo, and I You're going to love these! They are durable, and your work won't get caught, unlike other circular needles, because the needle transitions to the cable seamlessly. My knitting project calls for needles that are long enough for a baby blanket, and I am especially fond of the ease and comfort of the needles. These are great! I highly recommend them!.
Bamboo makes it so much easier to knit with because the stitches are a lot easier to slide on the wood than on metal. One thing I didn't like about them is that if you don't put them back in their original packaging, they don't have a size marked anywhere. As a result, if you have several of them like me, you don't know the size of each. The rest of the time, I've found them to be very helpful.
