I usually use a hook I already had with a thicker handle or my fingers depending on the yarn, but it does come with a hook.

My only complaint about this one is that I totally missed it. The first limitation is that it is very limited in scope. You can only use it for making the most basic of strips if you use chunky yarn. It's not the easiest thing to use, either. I personally find needles much quicker and more flexible, and I also work much faster with them. My guess is that this could be useful for kids, however, I think it would be better to teach them how to knit with regular needles. There is only one "zippy" aspect to it, which is that you have to use thick yarn and you can make only as many stitches as you can hook onto the loom or looms (since you can hook them together). You would probably do better working with two large diameter needles so this is another recommendation. Yep, I can't recommend these because they don't deliver what they promise.
During the past two years, I've knitted afghans for friends, and one took me two hours to knit Three months were required for it to be completed. It is so hard to continue working on a project before it is finished. Yet I saw the loom and thought it would be a great tool for large projects rather than arm knitting. My afghan is finished in less than 8 hours with 3 skeins of yarn and 6 of these looms! It's beautiful and it's a labor of love! In fact, I'm planning to make several more of these rugs for Xmas gifts. (Oct. 1) is the only time I have available for this. I'm so happy!.
The loom I have is awesome! My first item was a scarf and I made 5 the same day! Seeing that I was not able to follow the written directions that well, I watched a youtube video and proceeded. While there aren't a huge number of patterns out there for it yet, I'm sure that as more and more people use it, you'll get more and more options. It looks like an easy 5 stitch afghan tutorial that I would really like to try. The fun part is that you can knock out a complete project in a short amount of time. I'm a full-time employee, wife, and mother, so sometimes I cherish the satisfaction of a quick project.
It is amazing how much I love Despite having purchased the long looms, I have never completed anything on them. After receiving my zippy in the mail this afternoon, I was able to complete a long scarf and an infinity scarf in less than 2 hours with one roll of yarn. The blankets I make will be made with more blankets I buy. Though the ones available are very helpful, I wish there were more videos of projects available. My recommendation to aspiring loomers is to try this product.

There is a lot of adjustability in this chair, but, the stability is lacking. There is a problem with the connection pieces It must be possible to do anything from adjusting the length or shape of the loom until it can be locked in place.
Until I used Zippy, I had never used a loom before. Because it looked like it would be easy enough for beginners, I purchased it. It turned out to be a good call. It was my desire to make scarves that led me to purchase a second two-peg Zippy (to get 8 pegs overall). I had enough courage to move up to a set of round looms (with smaller pegs) after using this. If you buy four pieces of the Zippy, you can make four hats, but they will all be extremely I would recommend this loom for its overall quality. It has a nice smiley face on the last peg, is very sturdy, smooth, and has a very sturdy design. This is a great book for children.
Besides having bought two looms, I intend to make bigger projects on them in the future too. The only thing you need to do is use a very fat yarn (or a combination of narrower yarns) and you'll get wonderful It would be awesome if Amazon started carrying the project book,.
