The needles, except the last four which are grouped in twos, each have their own special pocket made for their size, so your crochet basket/bin is much cleaner, organized, and transport is much easier. It is definitely worth trying these and I can't wait to get started on new projects with them. As soon as I find a defect or a negative aspect, I will make sure to include it in my review. My collection was collected from relatives, sales, and thrift stores, but, if a pattern requires a size I don't have in my standard stock, I will be able to save time finding another hook instead of having to go out and buy one. As a result of reading the reviews, I thought the set would be rough. Before I used the hooks on any project, I thought I would go to the garage and clean them up with the #0000 fine sandpaper. The hooks might snag yarn, or a metal sliver might be stuck on the hooks. The hooks are not as nice as those on Clover. This hook has a 75mm diameter. The size of the F symbol is (F). It is a decent set for the money if you can overlook this detail.

This price and huge selection of hooks makes it hard to beat. I would have to shell out almost $7 instead. At retail stores, you will need to pay $10. 00 for just one hook. There is always a possibility that you will end up with some extras, but you can never be sure. It is possible that they are just what you are looking for.

Somehow, however, it seems as if the hook on some of these wasn't aligned with the flat area where your finger should have been. My impression is that they are out of line, and I found using them difficult. I had to sand off several large burrs that were snagging the yarn and making it impossible to use, so at least one of them had large burrs.

My need for some hooks arose as a result of getting back into yarn crafts while on vacation. I purchased these hooks. Additionally, they go up to 10mm, which is awesome because it is hard to find many sets that go up to A fine-tipped sharpie could also be used to write the size from the box, and you could then use a small piece of clear scotch tape to keep it in place. Additionally, they come in a handy pouch, which can be folded easily into the box for neat storage and organization.

A minor issue I had with these hooks is they could be a little deeper, even though they are excellent hooks. As I alternated between 5 groups, I was spending time with each one. In my opinion, the Boye would be a better fit for the crafting I do. In conclusion, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and happy that I found a nice set at a great price. Thank you so much!.

As well as the longer stem, I needed one that could accommodate at least four loops on the hook at the same time because the bulky yarn I was using required several loops to be on the hook at once, and shorter crochet stems couldn't accommodate that. It is easy to use these hooks.

This is great news for me. These hooks are excellent quality and I would buy them again.

I spent $12 on this set with sizes ranging from 2mm to 6" depending on the site. As I had ordered for the 10mm hook to be included in the order because it is the size I need for the blanket I am crocheting, I have received two 9mm hooks instead. As a result of this, not only do I have to buy a 10mm hook again, and have to put my project on hold once again, but the product wasn't as advertised.
