The diameter of 50mm is comparable to the diameter of 1. 65mm. I don't always use the needles recommended in the pattern; instead, I choose a needle size that produces the desired gauge. To put it another way, I make a 4" x 4" sample before beginning the project. If the needle size specified in the pattern does not yield the desired result, I change needles. The needle size specified in the pattern will usually produce the correct gauge, but this is not always the case.
These have a tapered shape. These are by far my favorite hooks, despite the fact that I usually prefer inline. In this case, I wouldn't let your preference for one style over the other prevent you from trying the others. They're incredibly easy to work with and glide through any stitch with ease.
Handles are approximately 3/8" wide at the widest point and approximately 5/16" thick at the thickest point.

Clover Armour hooks are my absolute favorite. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the sizes being off. These are crochet hooks made of steel, so they're quite small. They come in sizes ranging from 0 to 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 inches. The smallest hook is a 12 hook, and I believe the confusion stems from people mistaking a 4 hook for a G/4mm hook. This set includes seven hooks, all of which are sharp and come with caps to protect the tips. br>These are far more comfortable to hold than traditional steel hooks. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. br>I have included photos of the sizes as indicated on the handles. The 0 (largest) and 12 (smallest) hooks are also available. I also included a photo of the 4 hook in comparison to a G/4mm hook. I hope this has been of assistance.
It's not a treat, so don't think of it as such. It should be a requirement for anyone who is serious about crocheting. What did I do before I had these ergonomic hooks? My crochet comfort level has completely changed, as has the amount of time I can work. Over the course of a month, I knitted a huge sweater and never had to stop due to aches. I only stopped because I ran out of time! I thought it was all for naught, but it isn't. Get them in all sizes and give your old hooks to someone who only practices every now and then and isn't sure if they'll stick with it. or give them a set of these as a gift to encourage them to stick to it!.
Clover crochet hooks are my absolute favorite! I'm 42 years old and crochet on a regular basis. When I crochet, my hands hurt a lot. My arm hurts up to my elbows on occasion. These hooks are fantastic and have reduced my pain significantly! I've always preferred Denise Interchangeables, but I recently discovered the Clover Amour M/N hook and fell in love with it! I had to get the other Clover Amour sizes because I loved them so much! Wonderful hook that easily slips into the stitches and keeps the yarn from slipping off. It's a lot of fun to crochet with this!.
These hooks are incredibly comfortable, making them ideal for arthritis sufferers. They're very sturdy, and because the handles come in a variety of colors, I can identify the hook I need by color rather than trying to read the small numbers on the hook. I also bought a soft case for them, which has space for all of my other soft handle hooks, so I can keep them all together. These hooks come highly recommended by me.
It's very comfortable to use and looks nice. It's a dream to use these. Joan's sells these for $70, so I'm very pleased with my purchase. They're very comfortable, and the grips are actually quite enjoyable to hold! I don't get as many cramps now that I'm not gripping as tightly! I like the variety of colors and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality handle upgrade. They include hook end covers in the set as a nice surprise to protect you and the tip, which is quite sharp and delicate. It's well worth the money, and it'll last a lifetime!.
Susan Bate hooks are the only hooks I've ever used. I started working on a project that required a small hook in relation to the yarn size for a tight weave for a stuffed animal, and they worked fine. My yarn was constantly splitting, and only half of it would stay on the hook (yuck). I was fed up with fighting with the project and decided to give Clover crochet hooks a shot. They're incredible! My yarn is no longer splitting, and my project is moving along much more smoothly and quickly than before, with more professional results.
