had spent a great deal of time comparing cases and things that made me select Unless the outer shell is cheap plastic, it is soft and has a good feel. Some have two zippers, so you have to guess which part to open when opening both compartments. This bag has one zipper for both compartments. Despite the fact that this is a brand tag bag, it's easy to tell which side is which from the front, and you just have to flip the middle of the bag to get to the back. An additional reviewer said this was the only case they had seen with plastic pockets rather than mesh pockets. Then I knew for sure it was the perfect fit. In fact, I hadn't even considered doing that, and it would have been quite annoying to have the stitch markers constantly hooked on the mesh and most likely ripped. A staple was added to one of the elastic pieces as one of my modifications. A darning needle is what I use to disguise the ends of my thread, and my original case had a slot like that for accommodating my needle. Even though I was sure it would be easy to stitch for aesthetic purposes, I did not want to pull out my sewing machine. The holes in the slots are larger, so I use two hooks per slot. Since I use metal hooks, I double the hooks per slot. In my older case there was a slot sized for each hook, which meant there had to be a system for keeping them organised. For most people that would be fine. However, for me, I memorize the colors of my hooks so I do not even need to check the size. Furthermore, the longer slots would allow the use of thicker ergonomic There are also a couple of pockets in the back of the bag, perfect for my larger scissors I use for trimming pom poms. I would like to conclude by saying the following The case is high quality. There is plenty of space for everything you need. The case is attractive. I recommend it to any crocheter looking for a case.
In a nutshell Its dusty mauve exterior makes it stand out beautifully, while its black piping sets off the color perfectly. There is a warm, satiny taupe lining inside and pockets on the inside of the jacket. Colors are more vibrant in person, and I would say Amazon's photos do not adequately capture how mauve the dusty rose My mouth is watering as I learn just how much information is involved in this case! My knitting needles are in it, as well as all of my dpns. I am able to double-up on even my longest (8") I could fit pointy needles, though the longest ones will have to go into the back pocket. Since I don't have a little ring for them, they have to go in the back pocket. (still fine) Elastic band in the shape of a triangle. There is no chance for anything to fall out of place. That's exactly what I've been searching for e) replace a Della Q roll-up door There was no way to secure the needle case properly.
Last but not least, I have the ergonomic hooks. It is easy to use zippers. I found it to be the only case with clear plastic zipper pouches for stuff like keys and change. Those with mesh pockets had plastic I like the color as well.
I had stocked this with staples (stitch markers, measuring tape, small ruler, scissors, very small note pad, pencil, and a small note pad to hold all of my crochet tools. The aluminum crochet hooks I use for crocheting cotton, etc). My hooks require no egonomic handles to fit into elastic bands, so I find this useful regardless of the project. If my hooks had ergonomic handles, they would not fit into Despite that, it looks nice With the strap, you can easily carry it It is compact even when it is During my use I am certain that I will change the contents to fit my needs. It would certainly be a purchase I would make.
My hooks are big enough to fit in this case. I really like how durable it is. I use mainly Clover hooks, although I have a few Furls Oddyssey hooks and an interchangeable hook too. It took me a long time to find a case that would fit the thicker size hooks since all the cases I bought were made for aluminum hooks. I finally found one that fit. Excellent. Can't say enough good things about it.
A compact organizer that can store at least a dozen crochet hooks, this one is an excellent choice. Three sections are elasticized so large hooks like Furls hooks can be securely held in place. In the fourth section, there are two clear zippered pockets for small items like embroidery scissors, yarn needles, measuring tape, etc. The outer fabric (mine is pink) feels soft against one's skin and is wrapped in a comfortable mesh strap. A smooth zipper glides around the body. This bag can also be used as a travel case to carry crochet hooks, small knitting needles, or circular knitting.
It holds the perfect amount of crochet hooks. For smaller hooks, I put them in a loop and that works just fine. You need to be careful when you use crochet hooks with silicone grips, since they can result in slipping There is a bit of difficulty getting in or out of the loop with them. My favorite part of this cot is the clear pockets that allow you to quickly see everything.
I was looking for something exactly like this. I keep my most-used crochet hooks inside, as well as scissors and a gauge. It is not a very large case, but it is enough to do what I wanted, which is to leave it compact. Excellent quality, the zippers work well, and the exterior fabric is soft and durable with a nice quilting.
