What a surprise it was for me to be so My excitement was building as I awaited the arrival of this box

It arrived in a plain brown box with no indication of where it originated. It was hard to open after the package was opened since there wasn't much packing material to protect the item from damage, and the main metal arm had been bent and could not A metal piece was included, but it was not clearly explained how to use it. The fact is, I can fix these things pretty easily, but this shouldn't be my responsibility. The item I paid for was not fully functional and I did not receive it. It has been a very disappointing experience.

When the winder arrived, it already had I am pleased with how the assembly turned out. It was also installed on the cover! (poor design perhaps? Each turn of the metal causes the plastic to be scrapped. The problem is more of an annoyance than anything else, but it does work.
