This is a very, very disappointing experience for me

My machine has been struggling to stitch or miss stitches for about eight weeks, and 3 days ago it began knocking needles and breaking needle leads, the bobbin case doesn't fit correctly, etc. I have attempted everything that has been suggested to fix it, but it remains a problem. I sent a message to the seller regarding a replacement. I am very disappointed.
