I am so happy with this product it is smooth, sturdy, and definitely a good investment. After you received the delivery, only the chair was delivered then in a week the machine arrived and someone had to be there to receive it after about 4 more days the table with the motor arrived. ** 2. The table is a ripoff of the Juki brand and the material is not of first-class quality. 3.
In the image, the engine marked is not the same as the one in the picture, which is very different. It doesn't come with a manual on how to put everything together, so it was very difficult to assemble.

The time has come A simple sewing machine that's easy to handle. Assembly was the most challenging part, but we managed it. It was important to make sure we weren't making mistakes due to all the extra parts. They explained what the parts were for in a timely manner I contacted the seller There were no free chairs sent, and extra needles and bobbins were not included. All missing items were sent by the seller after apologizing for the delay. I think the sewing machine is a must have for anyone who loves to sew. As I said, the assembly was a challenge, but you can do it.

You need to know these things

The only time I write a review is when I am extremely happy or exceptionally As much as possible, I will try to keep this short so people don't feel like they have to read it. It was only because the table had chips scattered in two places that I knocked off 2 stars. ZERO instructions are included as well. As I understand it, this is a Japanese company, and translating manuals into every language would be very expensive. Neither my husband nor I have ever been in a relationship that was serious Getting to build this was made possible thanks to YouTube videos that were kind enough to share with me. Furthermore, there is no video showing how an 8100e is put together. Our leftover pieces are left over and we have no idea what to do with them. I am thankful for the machine's ability to run without these components. I like to compare it to a luxury car in terms of it being a machine. What an incredible experience.

I love the machine, but you guys should write better instructions about it! It would have been much better if they had put together a video or made the instructions more clear

The seller was exceptional in handling my issue where my chair wasn't sent with the machine. I sent them a message and they replied so quickly and even offered me some needles for my machine in appreciation. The chair and my new machine will be awesome together! I can not wait to use them!.

It's a nice machine, but the directions aren't very clear

Though the machine is absolutely stunning, putting it together is a very time consuming process. The instructions are also not all that helpful. The team of four people took turns figuring out some aspects, and we also used YouTube videos to help in this process.
