I couldn't get it to It took me an inordinate amount of time to get it back. The more I tried, the more frustrated I became. I find it so Therefore, I have had experience embroidering both on a brother and a Bernina embroidery machine. If I can find a dealer who can fix it, that would be great. It wasn't something I would have bought if I had It feels like a total loss to me. Now I know what's going on! It's a great machine, but I don't have any information regarding how it works. After watching tubes and learning the trick, I finally got it. What a relief!.
A few weeks ago, I sent this machine back, but Amazon has refused to refund my money. This machine came defective, so I sent it back. It was my pleasure to deal with the representative of the actual company, who did her best to accommodate me. In the end, I purchased a refurbished machine from Ken's Sewing Center and it is lovely. I have waited for a refund for more than a week, and I have not received it yet!.
My first machine did not work out, there were 3 screws laying in the bottom of the box once I took it out, after trying to stitch out a design the stitch still wouldn't go left to right! So I had to return it and they also sent a replacement. My refund has not yet come through yet, but I have contacted Amazon again and returned both machines. The machine is very important to me, so I am very upset.

The embroidery work that I have been doing on my 400e is excellent, and I have been using it for about a year. In addition to arts and crafts, I also make t-shirts, wall hangings, and shirts. It is a brand I would not trade for any other.
