Everything appears to be well made, except for the fact that the mandrel reduces the 5 rings to 8, which isn't ideal.
The sharp edges on the mandrel kept cutting into my fingers. It snags on wires all the time. Furthermore, the wires are not flush with the mandrel and do not lay flat. It will be returned to you.
It's surprisingly accurate for a low-cost product.
It's a little difficult to read at first, but it gets easier once you get used to it.
