Yes, that is correct.
If the beads have a large enough hole, you could certainly do so. It would most likely look nice, but even if you don't decorate it, this item is well worth purchasing. It allows me to put on bracelets without assistance, which was previously impossible.
We ship this item from Virginia to the Amazon fulfillment center. George, all the best.
6 1/2 " in length Is that of any assistance?

I don't know what I did to lose my first bracelet tool (which is at least 25 years old). So I placed a second order with Miles Kimball for two more. For those bracelets with flimsy catches, this tool has proven to be invaluable. I'm a tool nerd, and this generation has disappointed me. The alligator clip's tension is insanely high - It isn't necessary to use that much closing force. Furthermore, the teeth are protruding too far into the mouth. There's a good chance you'll damage the bracelet's metal. While I awaited the delivery, I experimented with a pair of jewelry pliers with plastic ends and discovered that they would also work. Because the price was so low, I'm going to see if I can improve the tools by filing the teeth down and storing the clip in its most open position (to see if the tension can be reduced). Note: It was successful to file the teeth down.
It's very simple, but it's well-made and does exactly what it's supposed to. Just a word of warning: The clip is made of steel and has triangular teeth that are razor sharp. Between the clip and quality gold or silver items, or items plated with quality gold or silver, place a cushion of some sort (such as a Kleenex or a piece of paper towel). Otherwise, it may scratch or gouge them.
Hx: I needed something to keep my bracelets in place. (My rule of thumb is that I shouldn't buy jewelry that I can't put on myself. ) ) So, this intricately woven silver bracelet was a must-have for me. After looking at other "bracelet buddy" items, I decided to purchase this one. Advantages: br>br> Because it is entirely made of metal, it is extremely durable. br>br>The clamp is extremely powerful. br>br>Cons: Although the clamp may be too strong, I found that wrapping painter's tape around each side of the "teeth" to protect my bracelet was a good idea. (As seen in the photo) br>br>Because it's small enough to lose, you should buy two (one for the utility drawer and one for the jewelry box).
I purchased it to go with my Pandora bracelet. It does what it says. I'd tell a friend about it. The price is reasonable.
This is a fantastic little piece of software! There are some that are more attractive, but they have all received negative feedback for breaking easily or not holding up well. Quality over frills is always a winner in my book, and this is a great little tool. It neatly clips the bracelet's end, allowing me to hook it on my own, as intended. It is something I strongly suggest.
This is a fantastic concept. If you've ever struggled to put on a small lobster clasp bracelet or been frustrated because the bracelet keeps falling off your wrist, this tool is for you. The idea is simple, but it's a fantastic tool. I'd like to make two improvements: 1) Make it a little more sturdy so the head doesn't bend. I did, however, because I required a slight angle for my purposes. 2) Make the aligator clip open wider; men's bracelets typically have larger beads or hardware to clamp on. When putting on a bracelet, the clasp may not have enough room to clamp on. Get this tool in any case. Bracelets are a lot easier and faster!.
They are extremely beneficial to both of us. We had a lot of trouble putting on and taking off our bracelets! It now takes about 5 seconds, if that long at all. We both adore them and wear them all the time, and I now have the freedom to wear my charm bracelet whenever I want. This tool is a good size and can easily be carried in your purse. I would strongly suggest it.
It's difficult to use and open without causing damage to the jewelry. Consider opening this item with two fingers and your thumb, and holding it properly so that it does not pinch your bracelet, especially if it is a valuable diamond bracelet. It's a no-no because I expected it to be simple to open and not cause a ding in your gold bracelet. I can't imagine returning it; it wouldn't be worth my time.
