I love that this piece has a light. It is an excellent choice, and it is sturdy. I can easily see what I need with the 30x magnification but having another magnification option makes it easier to see details when it's dim. I've never carried a separate loupe when I was trying to see those small details so this is great. As a result of muscle wasting in my hand, it is difficult for me to do any fine motor skills but this loupe is light enough for my hand to handle, and it has a slim profile. I found it to be exactly what I was looking for. One of the best parts is they are both for the same price.
