This light has 3 levels of brightness so that even in a darker setting, there is plenty of light available. Furthermore, I have a portable power pack which I plug it into when it shows signs that the battery is running low. It definitely would be a purchase I would make Here's today's update In September of 2019, I took this light and a power bank on a cruise to Alaska to do cross stitch. The Power Bank worked wonderful and I was able to get my power bank and the 2 power banks I had with me on the Royal Caribbean ship I was sailing on without any trouble.

There is no indication in the ad description whether they include one or not. Located at the top of the top wing is a rechargeable lithium ion battery. Remove the tight clamp spring in order to gain access to this area. I did not do it. Because of this, I do not know how large lithium ion batteries may be required one day. Although it arrived fully charged, there does not appear to be an indicator light to let you know when it's Despite the fact that they include a USB cable, I must purchase an adapter in order to plug the device into an electrical outlet. My phone charger works fine, so I'm going to find an extra one. Brightness settings are 3 so it's very versatile. Appears to be well made, however isn't well thought out at all. Whatever the case may be, I like it. The program is very easy to use when it is not plugged in to a computer. I want to use the one I have for my sewing table and to put another one in.

I had warranty issues for 1 year and the plug broke. I'd been experiencing a problem with the power cord from the start, but when I connected it a couple days ago, the port fell back into the unit, and I can no longer Despite having a 3-year warranty, I have only had it for a little more than a year. In follow-up to my warranty form, I contacted the manufacturer and filled out the form. They replied multiple times asking when or if the product fell. The lamp is only $30, and I always get the run around. It took the same amount of time for a different electronic item to stop working, from a different manufacturer. All it takes is a phone call, an email, and one photo, and the $300 item is replaced right away. *While I really enjoyed using this lamp, I found the warranty handling incredibly annoying. While I appreciate that the lamp functions well, it's bright and has a strong clip. In the event of a manufacturer's warranty being honored, I shall update the rating. Unless that is the case, you can expect a great lamp, but also be aware of its longevity issues and a company that doesn't seem to be honoring the.

I've been looking for a light lamp for a while. A magnifying glass with a led light around it is perfect for seeing small details (and Upon opening the desk clip, I found that it is much larger than I thought it would be. The design, however, ensures the light will be stable and durable throughout its operation. My only negative comment would be regarding the lamp's need to be recharged. If the lamp needed charging, there was an indicator to tell me when it should be charged. As soon as I notice the lights are not bright as usual, I just charge it. It would be nice if the lamp had a warning light to let me know when it needs to be recharged so that when I need it, it will be bright enough.

As I have gotten older, my eyes seem less steady and as a result of this I do a lot of needlework. In order to do my favorite thing, I need bright light and magnification. In addition to using this light around the house, I wanted something that was portable so that I could take it on retreats or use it in our RV. Taking the light with me on a flight was also a goal. AskTSA was contacted on Facebook Messenger, and the picture of the box was sent to them. As soon as the team responded, they told me the light is perfectly acceptable for plane travel, whether in a carry-on or in a checked bag You can either carry your bag or check it. The light comes with a USB cord, but not an adapter. Given that I have a number of them, that isn't a problem. On the bright setting, I was able to use the light for around two hours on that charge, right out of the box, clipped to my lap table. In the end, I had to plug it in for recharging, which took more time than I had expected (at least 5 hours). It takes about six hours. On the clip there is a red indicator light that indicates it is charging, but this one goes out after it has been charged completely. My light doesn't yet work on a full charge, so I have not tested the length of time it will last before recharging is necessary. There is a 3-year warranty on this product, but Brightech allows you to extend that warranty to 5 years by registering your purchase. As of now, this purchase appears to be an excellent one.

The lamp I own has served its purpose well for the past year, but just recently I have been extremely impressed with the way that it performs. It has been rated as a 10/5 since last year, I would have given it a 5 for the past year. This lamp has always impressed me because it is so sturdy and heavy. Using the desk base, I use it as a regular desk lamp at night, but with level 1 lights for computer work and then with level 3 illumination for crafts, it comes in handy when I need a magnifying glass. During the year that it was plugged into the wall, I did not experience any problems. It had a rechargeable feature that I had forgotten about. In the last few days, we had a powder outage, and this came in The lamp quickly became an essential part of my living area. It gave off an amazing amount of light. Until the power was restored, it ran for about two hours. As I also decided to craft in another area, I was able to use the clamp feature and again used it without the wall plug for a few hours. The versatility of the machine I really want to compliment you on your fantastic quality. It's not good, it's not passing, it's outstanding. There's no need to worry about breaking or rotting anything. Quite a long time would be required for this to hold up.
