Aluminum is used in the construction of this loupe. The scanner is packaged in a nylon zipper case with a hard shell. Besides the quick release lanyard, a cleaning cloth and a key for opening the battery compartment are provided. For viewing the dates of coins and the general condition of jewelry, I needed something. It is not possible to see the entire coin at once, but I need to read the dates and see how well the coins/jewelry is kept. An outstanding feature of the LED is that it is not just one single LED, but rather it illuminates As I'll use it frequently, I ordered extra batteries. I can't speak to battery life, but I'm going to use it frequently. Despite the fact that I wouldn't carry this in my pocket at all times, I understand why others might do it. It is this loupe that I would recommend if you are searching for an illuminated loupe with minimal edge distortion.

A 30x and a 10x were both available to me, so I went with A 10x magnifier allows me to see a great deal better.

Coins need to be 10x for me to look at them. I like that it has a carrying case and lanyard connection, so it is a great deal for the price.

This is excellent. Lighting can make a big difference at coin shows, where the lighting is not optimal.

It's better to buy a superior product once rather than many times. The item would be a good purchase for me to order again, but I cannot imagine having to do it again. I was pleased with the quality of this one and it fulfilled my needs perfectly. The only requirement is a good education that will teach you the skills you need to make this tool indispensable. It makes no difference what the medium is. I wish all the best and honesty to you.

Spending money that is not necessary. In comparison to this piece of garbage, I prefer my cross stitch magnifier because it's more comfortable to use and I can see much more clearly out of it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The product works well. It's really helpful to have a built-in light. Also, the lanyard and case look great.
