The product itself appears to be of good quality and will complete the task in a satisfactory manner. It isn't quite 25 feet long, though. Perhaps it was one of those Chinese tape measures, but mine was only 22 feet long, which was insufficient for my project.

This will be used to insulate a wood furnace I'm making at home. I used a torch to test it, and it is indeed fireproof. It also appears to be a reasonable price.
