That's a real pity. I was very excited to receive this tool set because it contains all of the tools I require, as well as a couple of extras that I'm sure will be useful at some point. The tools appeared to be of reasonable quality until I discovered the nippers. br>How come they came with a broken handle out of the box? I'm not pleased with myself. I still have seven usable tools in good condition, and the carrying case is fantastic. However, given that the nippers lasted exactly zero days, I'm curious as to how long the other items will last.

BUT. Nylon Jaw Plier Heads wear out far too quickly, so I'm hoping for replacements. Purchased on the 31st of August to replace a set that had been stored. br>Nice variety for the price. br>I really like the case. It aids in the orderly management of things. br>I've been using them on a daily basis for the past few months. br>It feels great in the hand and is simple to control. br>This is the only problem I'm having. the plier heads made of nylon. They aren't very long lasting. br>Straightening 22- 26 gague wire shouldn't be a problem because it wears them out so quickly. easilybr>I haven't used it for 30 days yet! br>I've only recently begun to use substitutes. I have a feeling they'll crack soon as well. br>Because both sets of heads are underperforming, I had to deduct a star for each set. br>Perhaps mine came from a bad batch. br>As you can see from the image, the cracks appear to be caused by the fact that they were not made thick enough to withstand the stress they were designed to withstand. br>I could really use two replacement pairs. I hoped for better quality; I wanted a set that was at least as good as the tools I already own, and after reading the reviews for this set, I had high expectations. Except for two tools, the flush cutter and the round nose pliers (which I use the most), all of the tools were fine, especially for the price; however, the good price comes at a cost, guys--all of the tools were fine except for two, the flush cutter and the round nose pliers (which I use the most). Flush cutters don't line up evenly, the sharp part of the blades dented the first 20g gold wire I cut, and they have machine marks all over the metal, so they're garbage. The round nose pliers had a lot of scratches and machine marks on them; they grip well, which I like, but the metal quality is poor. The metal used in these is far too soft to be used in their intended application. br>Overall, it's a good collection. For a beginner, I'd recommend this set, but for a more experienced jewelry maker or a professional, I'd strongly recommend a set made of harder/higher quality metal.

  What is the significance of so many stars? Maybe it's just bad luck for me. I unpacked all of these to see what my pliers set looks like, and I'm disappointed. Out of the eight options, four can be used. They have a bent nose, the spring is broken, and the tip is missing. The chain nose has a chunk missing from one end and sharp protruding edges, which will undoubtedly tarnish silver. The pliers used to make the bails aren't round, and spring work is required on occasion. Nylon jaw pliers do not have a spring. THESE WERE JUST REMOVED FROM THEIR PACKAGING. If you're working with wire or soft metal, don't buy it; it'll ruin your product, and I'll be returning it as soon as possible. My phone was having trouble focusing, so I tried to post some picks and a video of spring, but it didn't work. A week of creating products to sell has come to an end. Because you can't give a 0 for a star, I have one.

I rarely write negative reviews, but because of the price, I believe I should be honest on this one. br>- The shipment arrived quickly and was well-protected.
- The tools aren't the right size for me; I prefer them to be as big as possible for ease of use, and I'm a man with man hands.
- I don't believe it is good value for money. Crimpers and cutters are the most important tools in my arsenal. The end snips in this set are extremely dull, and the jaws aren't perfectly aligned. The snips on the sides are also uninteresting.
- For beginners, not so much, because I am a beginner myself, and I find myself cutting more than anything else in my new crafting journey, so having sharp cutters that don't cut without you pulling the items apart isn't user friendly.

The items arrived on time, and the packaging was excellent, though the case may be a little too small for the tools, as there isn't much wiggle room, and the bag frequently fails to close. The item appeared to be of high quality. The oil to 'keep it rust free', on the other hand, should have been a red flag. When I cut jump rings with the wire cutter, it chipped a couple of times. It's simple to remove the plastic cover. It was very annoying when I had a similar set that did the same thing. The metal that opens and closes the tools, however, comes off with the planting covering, giving this one a unique twist. It takes a lot of fiddly work to put them back together. The plastic will deteriorate as a result, and the tools will be rendered useless. br>br>Unfortunately, returning them would be prohibitively expensive, and I have no desire to replace them. I need the seller to contact me because it appears that returns are my only option for receiving a refund.

It was an excellent presentation. Each tool has a substantial feel to it, and the case is well-made. They're well-oiled, and they come with alcohol wipes for cleaning them before you use them for the first time. One of the pliers was also given an extra set of nylon inserts. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I expected a smoother finish for the money, and I can't use the bent nose pliers because they aren't close enough together to grab wires. One of the pliers has a jagged side that was not properly finished, so 3 stars for poor quality control. This is most likely a hit-or-miss product; I was in desperate need, but I'm thinking about returning them; however, what are the chances that this is the best there is?.

While I'm sure a professional jeweler would prefer something more sophisticated, I think these tools are quite good. I have a few larger and more professional pieces of equipment, but this allows me to have a larger variety than I could otherwise afford; the tools are slightly smaller than more expensive tools, but they are fine for people who don't use them on a regular basis. They have spring handles, which are necessary for repeated use, and they are a good fit for my hand (senior adult). They're comfortable for occasional use and appear to be durable; a great deal that comes with a handy zippered pouch. I'm very happy with my purchase because it's great for crafting and it's a great price.
