Questions & Answers

Does the flat head have a completely flat surface or does it have a slight domed surface?

Not at all domed at all, it is completely flat.

Can you tell me what weight this hammer has?

4 oz is the weight of the head. Five pounds and an overall weight of five pounds One eighth.

Are nails able to be hammered in with this?

Could be a possibility, I suppose. Still, it would be better to buy a real hammer. The nail is small enough to fit on one fingertip.

Your only job was a part-time one
3/5

As the name implies, a hammer like this should be round unfortunately, it is According to the look of it, it was milled into a round shape by some underpaid laborer. Round ends are not manufactured in a centered manner, and the forward-most part of the round end was made by means of a number of flat grinds by hand, followed by I recently got a similar product from Michael's and the quality isn't quite as good, but it is similar in nature. The project looks like something I would have attempted to make myself in my garage, but given up on since it was not as easy as I thought. It may be fine for some rough handling (although it's a small hammer, so it can only do small tasks), but for all-around crafting and jewelrymaking? There is no. I initially thought that it would be possible to buy a decent hammer cheaply since it's just a chunk of iron on a stick unfortunately, I'll need to pay more for one of the major brands.

The first question you need to ask when reviewing a little brown hammer is what are some of the pros? Can you tell me what a little brown hammer is all about? This craft paper is the perfect size
5/5

It's cheap, too, or "au bon marché" in French is good value, and can be described as inexpensive, but it's still a great buy. In the search for a framing hammer, you may want to consider the following It's not like this at all! This is quite sufficient for the metal jewelry stamping task, especially when used in conjunction with the stamping kit that I will also review This is a true story The idea to make jewelry out of metal stamped by my wife came up. Seeing this, I knew that she would be just as likely to do the juicing fad, the food dehydrator deal, start playing golf, do the whole skydiving thing, and even participate in It is only natural to want your bride to be safe and to have the highest quality equipment available when all of those things come together for her. It is of paramount importance to keep her safe. The case is not like that! I did not only find this hammer to be the cheapest I could possibly find in stock, it was also the best kind of mini hammer that I could possibly buy, one that would collect dust like a lot of the other stuff she felt inspired to buy just to "try out". In my opinion, that's excellent! A perfect 5 out of 5 rating! In the event that she lost the product and needed to replace it, she would buy it again. I would still purchase another if she does not. I love you -

Nailing cable clips are made easy with this versatile nailer
5/5

The cabling I had to run into a media room was about 100 feet long, and neither a regular hammer nor a tack hammer worked, since I had to get the clips into some really tight spaces. heavy head really allowed me to get those small nails hammered in, it provided a nice cushion and I could get it close enough to get it Quite a bit of frustration was saved for me. They must be pretty durable I hammered in an insane number of clips and the hammer is still in like new condition. This is a great product!.

Many things can be done with it
5/5

It was one of the many things I used often for non-business purposes I went to several different places before finding the correct size hammer for my craft project. An original copy was lent to a neighbor, but she never returned it. There won't be any leaving the house with this one.

Brass keys stamp too easily because it is too light weight
4/5

Despite the fact that this works with two or three whacks, a heavier hammer is much easier to use with one hit, so I bought it hoping it would be portable for me to take with my stamping set to label brass keys. I like it because it is lightweight and compact so I can carry it when I am out. Even though I know the stamp was not intended to be used for stamping keys, I wanted others to be aware if they had the same idea.

Lightweight is not good enough
3/5

This little hammer just doesn't have enough weight behind it. When I tried it out for jewelry stamping, I realized I needed a "real" hammer to get good results! You'll save money if you do this Hammers don't need to be special to do the job!.

Great
5/5

I use it to hit me pins out when I punch out with a pin punch. In fact, it works. As it is small and the handle would be easier to manipulate if it had a larger handle, I won't buy it for more than one pin, or for use by more than one person. He has done some great work, no doubt.

It is very small and does not have Metal cannot be stamped using this tool
3/5

This method does not work well to stamp jewelry tags made from soft metal. For stamping letters on copper tags, I needed to use a regular hammer. There is not enough force and it is too small.
