Prior to that, I played the ball One penny hammer ended its life simply because the head of the wood handle cracked, revealing only toothpicks at the end of its life. A beadsmith jewelers' hammer feels much stronger and has a better design, compared to most other jewelers' hammers. According to this design, the handle seems to be grasped more securely by its curved base. Feels like a hammer after you use it - A balanced diet. A small amount of wood glue or epoxy that dripped down the handle and dried there, I take as a good sign. Isn't there such a thing as too much glue? As far as I can tell, everything is going well. Please note The very slight facets of this peen surface give it a nice tactile feel (see the listing image closely). This hammer isn't the best choice for anyone whose goal is a smooth, round peen.
Wire jewelry can easily be made using this product.
There is a great deal of room for improvement in the product's quality. Three of these came to me at the same time and all of the handles were very loose. My goal was to reshape the handle end so that it would fit more securely into the head after removing the handles and the worthless resin. I was able to make them usable by drilling the handle into the head and then using a lathe screw. The hammer face can also be made defective if you hit something hard with the hammer head because the steel isn't as well tempered as it should, so if you hit something hard with it, you may end up with a defect. The bottom line is that you will get what you pay for.
The product is made It was the worst hammer I have ever purchased. A total of three hits resulted in the handle breaking I am johnl.
After reading the reviews, I saw a lot of comments about the loose handle and the head falling off in the shipping process, so I expected it. Although it arrived a day late, I was expecting it sooner, and I bought three of them and they worked fine. I want to use them as pin punches, so I did not want to have problems later in the process. After pulling the head off (it came off right away), I put a line of gorilla glue around the handle, tapped it back on with another hammer, and drove 2 3D finishing nails into the top. I then applied a small amount of black caulk to the top, waited a day, and painted the caulk. I now have hammers that are the equivalent of those I saw while searching for $27 hammers! It may seem like a lot, but it took me 10 minutes to hammer the nails, and I had trouble finding a 4oz ball peen hammer for this price! It is worth the little time and My only complaint is that the handles are not smooth enough and the heads seem not to be any better than.
The shipping was fast and the product was This hammer is something I've been using for about two weeks and the only problem I'm having is the head of the hammer I used only a small amount of Gorilla Epoxy and 24 hours later it was better than before. Do not hesitate to purchase this product if you do not mind a little maintenance, as all tools require it.
The reviewers are right when they say that it's cheap. One of the handles was split on the one I received. The packaging was so neat that I didn't even have to open it. The dollar store had a better hammer. I could see that after only one look.
I like it.
