How flat will it be when I put a block of steel on this? Does it do a good job of absorbing sound as well?

Hey, the sandbag will be flat, that's for sure. But the extent of its use of course depends on how much you used it at first. Almost a year ago, I bought it, and now it is However, it does not hide the sound of hammering on the steel block, but it is a great help at quietening the noise. In my opinion, a sandbag should not be overfilled for me to be able to move the sand around. What are the pros and cons of this ?

There is some room to play with this bag It isn't filled to the brim with so much sand that you can't move it. It has a steel block on which I put my pounding block for cutting wire. I have to move the block around in order to level it because it makes an indentation as I work. I wish you all the best!

ripped on the first day of use when it was hammered against The leather looks real, but I'm not sure whether it's A synthetic may be involved. To save money, I would guess that the factory changed material to make a different product.

I wouldn't recommend buying it. This is junk! It didn't last through its first use because the leather is so thin. I am extremely dissatisfied. PUT AN EYE OUTWARD!.

There is too little leather on the sofa. The exhaust system was bent for 30 seconds by bending sheet steel. A hole was torn in the metal during that time. The tube is made of flat steel sheet with rivets over the edges to prevent cutting. The hole that was formed away from the impact point is also included.

The great thing about this is that it absorbs impact and is a perfect fit for stamping metal! Metal stamping would be great with this! When I bought this, it came with a 6"x6" metal stamp and it works like a charm! I'm excited to have this at my bench because the sandbag absorbs the impact and keeps the block from moving around
