Questions & Answers
Yes, you can cut thinner chains made of base metals (copper, brass, nickel), silver, or gold with the pliers included in this set. Because they aren't heavy-duty, I wouldn't use them to cut extremely thick or steel-coated chain, as this could cause the pliers to break.
I'm not sure what makes a Chasity ring different from any other ring. As far as I'm aware, it's a symbol of purity that appears to be any other ring. The jewelry plier set includes four different types of jewelry pliers: needle nose pliers, round nose pliers, wire cutters, and bent nose pliers are some of the most common types of pliers. These pliers aren't very big. Basically, it's for arduous tasks. You seem to be looking for a pair of pliers that are a little bigger. If you require any additional information, I recommend contacting the company. Thank you for your interest.
That is a question you should ask Amazon. Customer service is what I'd call it.
No, there isn't any evidence.

Because it was a nasty situation. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! BEFORE YOU USE THESE, MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAN! When I opened them, I noticed grease on one of the handles, so I soaked them all in sea salt water and alcohol, and the water was EXTREMELY oily and cloudy, with tiny black specks of God knows what all over them. So, whoever purchases these, please accept my heartfelt condolences. Before you use them on any jewelry, make sure to thoroughly clean them! Aside from that, they bend my septum rings perfectly. 🙂.
This is a fantastic collection. Pliers are great because they don't have teeth. Beginners and jewelry makers will love this set!.
The grabbers mostly grab, the benders usually bend, and the cutters generally cut(ish) if you ignore the springs poking through the handgrips and the pliers' noses being crooked from being poorly sanded in the "finishing" process right off the bat. If I had the time, I would have gone to a discount tool store and sorted through the available stock to find "the good ones," or I would have purchased a higher-quality product if I could have afforded it. That said, they're stumbling their way through my project, and I'll meet my deadline.
I've held some of the worst jeweler's tools I've ever seen. They're abrasive and covered in burrs. The cutter's flex section is entirely non-flexible. After squeezing, it is functional but does not open automatically. It also does not completely close. The pliers with the bent nose are a farce. The one side is twice as big as the other. They don't completely close, and, like the straight pliers, the flat portion is completely surrounded by a burr. br>The fact that the manufacturer sends out such utter garbage demonstrates that they don't give a damn.
I'll be returning. This is something I would never give to a child.
When I returned, the next pair was the same as the first, but worse. The wire cutters are stiff, and they won't reopen unless you drop everything and use both hands. I have an older set that is not made in the same way. This is a very disappointing product, and I will not be wasting my time with it any longer.
Also, it's very short. Although these are heavy and appear to be strong, I am unable to use them for their intended purpose due to their poor quality. They have a rough and uneven texture that appears to have been cut with a cutoff wheel. None of them actually meet where they should, and the wires are marked by the unfinished edges. Despite being well-oiled, they still had rust spots when they arrived. They didn't even ship until after the promised delivery date had passed.
I purchased these to start my new career as a wire gemstone jewelry designer. It's not top-of-the-line, but you don't need it (or the high price) at my level. This set was very affordable, all of the pieces serve a purpose, and it's a great place to start if you're new to tool gathering.
