The gold finish is very durable. How long does it last? Can I get them with the finish intact (don't want to buy them and wait for the finish to come off a few weeks after)?

An anklet &amp a chain are what I made of mine It didn't really come off when I took a shower with it on every day. How would it affect us if it did? Not much of a difference was seen. However, it did what it was supposed to do.

Can you tell me how wide the chains are?

I didn't measure them, but the chain appears to be thin and not chunky. In addition to being necklace extensions, these are also used as bracelets.

What about a 3 strand pearl necklace that is heavy? It has a chain that is neither short nor long, but neither as large as the pearls. Is that funny?

lol I believe it would work and be okay. As far as durability and strength are concerned, I use them for anklets and think they're fine. I would therefore say yes to that question.

The gold and silver chain extenders looked nice as well. They easily fit into the existing necklace and worked well in the purpose of extending it. In light of the fact that there are four different lengths in two colors, the price is undoubtedly very good. Exceptional customer service. My issue was resolved satisfactorily within a very short time frame.
