As you can see I used to use this exact same stuff and it works great because it has a little sheen to it and is easy to work My method for tightening and sealing the knot is to heat it up with the lighter in order to melt the Regardless of how long the knot remains, it will not be removed. You can wear the color without worrying about it rubbing off on your clothes or neck. Even when wet (I wear crystals and don't continually take them off and on for bathing or I add a drop of essential oil to a cotton ball and apply it to the cord. However, it still doesn't bleed and holds the scent. I love how soft it is and how durable it is. Despite the fact that this roll should last me quite a while, I will switch all of my black corded items to this rich, deep My next purchase of this product will definitely be more of the same!
