Considering the price, this is okay. However, the elastic I typically buy is a buck or two more and better quality for the same amount of money. The elastic I bought was probably the thinnest I've ever seen. The thickness is definitely different from anything you would be able to buy off the shelf Here is The- Everything you need can be found in a fabric store and a shelf store. I won't buy it again, but it's not bad enough to send it back. The artwork is decent enough for craft projects, as I bought it to use for crafts.
