Questions & Answers
Yes, they are compatible with the loom. If you spread out the threading, you can use even larger beads.
Sorry, it's been a long time since I purchased this, but it may come with a small amount of thread. It's best if you go out and buy your own thread and needles.

It's an excellent weaving loom. It only takes a short amount of time to learn. This was my first attempt at weaving on this loom. It took 30 minutes to bead each strip of fabric. I used to take 30 minutes to place the strings, but now it only takes me about five minutes.
This is my first bead loom, and I'm quite pleased with it so far. The screws that allow you to turn the dowels frequently pop out, which is inconvenient and makes it difficult to tighten the strings, but it's fairly sturdy and reliable for the most part. The plastic rings have a little give to them, which makes stringing tightly wound projects a little difficult, but it's doable. Overall, I would suggest this to someone who is interested in learning how to beadwork.
I had to weight it down so it wouldn't move around on me, but other than that, it was perfect for my first project: a beaded tomahawk handle.
For a first-time beader like myself, it's very simple to use!.
This loom is a waste of money because it is poorly constructed. The warp threads are separated using compression springs. For beading 13/0 size beads, the gaps between the warp threads are too large. With each row of beads added, the warp threads are forced together. The warp threads near the beading begin to collapse, but the warp threads passing through compression springs remain the same size, which, as I previously stated, is too large. It's nearly impossible to keep the beading's outer edges straight. As the weaving gets closer to the warp threads' ends, the problem gets worse. The weaving's final edges converge and diverge. It has the appearance of sea waves, with peaks and valleys. This loom is a waste of your hard-earned money and time.
This loom is exactly what it claims to be- it's a loom. a loom. It's well-designed, sturdy, and delivers exactly what it promises once it's put together. I can't blame the product for missing threads in my finished piece; at the very least, it taught me to be careful and meticulous with each bead and row of beads. It taught me to plan each piece and think about how I'd handle the warp threads before cutting the thread too short, and it inspired me to learn peyote, brick, box, and daisy stitches that I could do without it.
Both kids and adults will enjoy it.
This is a basic loom that has everything you need to do basic beading. I bought it for my wife, and she made several earrings and bracelets out of it in a matter of days. br>You don't need anything fancy to get started making some simple jewelry.
