Questions & Answers
The cleaning ingredients are imbedded in the white cloth of the polishing cloth. Each time a piece of jewelry is polished, these substances are released. The remaining cleaning ingredients will be removed if the cloth is washed, so it is not recommended. Something to keep in mind: br>br> The tarnish and contaminants that were removed from the metal are visible in the black stains on the cloth. Even with the black stains, the polishing cloth continues to clean. You can continue to use it as long as your pieces appear to be gleaming. br>br>The gray part of the cloth is untreated, so you can wash it however you want and use it to buffer plated jewelry or soft porous stones (it's also great for eyeglasses and cell phones!). )br>br>When the polishing ingredients wear out and the performance of the polishing cloth degrades, it's time to replace it. br>br>I hope you have found this information useful. If the piece is made of silver, gold (14 k and 18 k), or platinum, use a white cloth to clean the metal parts. If your piece contains porous stones like opals, pearls, malachite, turquoise, or the like, avoid using the white cloth on the stone. The stone will not be harmed if the white cloth comes into contact with it accidentally. Use a gray cloth that hasn't been treated to clean these gems. You can use the white cloth to clean amethyst, peridot, citrine, aquamarine, emerald, diamond, and sapphire, as well as other hard stones such as amethyst, peridot, citrine, citrine, aquamarine, emerald, emerald, diamond, and sapphire.
The tarnish is removed on both sides of the white cloth.

****I was not compensated for this review; it's just dope AF***.
I was disappointed when I noticed my bracelet had begun to tarnish, but it now appears to be silver rather than copper, as it did when I first purchased it. This cleaning cloth is well worth the investment because it is extremely effective! If you're looking for a unique way to.
It works wonders with 5% sterling silver jewelry. I strongly advise you to do so! br>br>It's also quite large, so you can use it a lot. WARNING: Because this cloth contains a silver cleaning product (which is how it works), don't leave it sitting around or it will stop working. To keep the product fresh, keep it in the pouch it came in or inside a ZIPLOCK bag. DO NOT wash it.
What an incredible bargain. I was concerned that this cloth would be too large to clean and polish the smaller jewelry pieces I needed to clean. Then I realized that if I needed to, I could always cut it down to size. I didn't have to, after all! I had all of my silver jewelry organized and ready for this product's arrival, and I got to work as soon as it arrived. I shouldn't call this a job because everything was quickly and beautifully cleaned and polished. My jewelry comes in all shapes and sizes, and this cloth performed so well that I decided to keep it in its original size to make cleaning large pieces of silver, such as candlesticks and large serving pieces, easier. It was also no problem for me to clean and polish textured pendants and rings. The cleaning cloth is made of a lighter fabric than the others I've tried. Some of them were significantly thicker than others. This one has a nice drape in the hand that allows you to get into all the small spaces. This company's reminder not to use the cleaning cloth (white) on my rhodium-plated pieces was extremely helpful. Simply use the polishing cloth on the outside.
When I used this cloth for the first (and only) time, I was so surprised and disappointed. It didn't even come close to removing the tarnish on my jewelry! Yes, I was using the inner cloth, which was supposed to be tarnish-resistant. The tarnish on my silver jewelry did not budge even after removing chemicals (not the outer "buffing" cloth). Perhaps I just got a bad or untreated cloth, but based on my experience, I can't recommend this product. I tried returning the item, but Amazon said it was not returnable. Bummer.
I used it on some jewelry that had been sitting in my jewelry box for years and it was restored to like new condition! This product comes highly recommended from me!.
It is a well-made product that performs exactly as expected. I seem to have a hard time finding polishing cloths in physical stores, so this fits the bill perfectly!.
While packing for a move, I came across a silver ring that I hadn't worn since college. Because it had been sitting for so long, the ring had become completely tarnished. I bought this cloth on the spur of the moment to see if I could save the ring. It was incredible that after only a few minutes of polishing, I was able to restore it to near-new condition. My only regret is that I don't have any more silver objects to revive.
