It is indeed a safe place to store
My knowledge of the matter is limited. My company makes rings, and I use it to size the rings or round the edges, if you need the exact half round, maybe the manufacturer or seller can help you. It's my fault.

Every once in a lifetime, you are faced with something that changes everything in your life. A picture of that cube is shown here. For jewelry making, I use a glue stick instead, but for model railroading, I assemble kits and build Besides being a weight and a square, it is well built and well engineered.
This big, tall, 3 inch dapping block had the potential to attract others to my dancing skills since it was bigger, better, and bigger than others. that I see the benefit of this smaller dapping unit, I know that this is the right choice. This dapping block performs like a Maserati on steroids even under the load of my 1 ton hydraulic press or even my 6 ton hydraulic press.
I wasn't going to return it because of rust, but what the heck, it's not worth returning It has already been so much fun! That is an incredible piece of art. To press and "dome" with this block, I am just looking for new things. I'm not sure what it was, but it might have aroused The Mrs. or maybe the steel balls did the trick.
As I make coin rings, I was thrilled to be able to use this block with my press in order to round/fold the edges. It is unfortunately not possible for me to use the common coin (US quarter dollar) because there is no cavity size that will fit. There are four cavities that are simply too big to use for quarter coin rings, and 15 cavities that are too small for quarter coin rings. You don't have the sizes in between. I plan to return.
I was able to accomplish what I set out to do.
It is a very useful tool, and there are no negative aspects to it.
It was actually a fraction of an inch smaller on every side, and several cavities were very rough and unusable, but the rest would be fine. The overall quality of the product is satisfactory.
